New to PE & dilemma

I just started PE. I’ve been doing it for a couple of months doing jelqing, stretching, and wet and dry pumping. I have already seen some gains, mostly in girth. I have had the experience that sometimes when I am dry pumping that I accumulate a lot of pre cum in the tube, which makes it quite wet and slick, and as a result oftentimes my testicles are sucked into the tube. On occassion, I have had semen come out as if I had ejaculated. I haven’t seen this on any posts, so I am wondering if I am doing something wrong. Is this ok, or does it defeat what I am trying to accomplish.

I also find that my penis stays enlarged for about 3 to 4 hours and that it shows through my regular clothes and gym shorts. I guess it is ok for people to notice, but I get embarrassed when I see someone staring at me. Does anyone else have this problem?

Well, just got back from Dr. And my PSa has tripled. The Dr. Thinks it may be due to my PE workout that is giving my prostate too much acrivity. I’ll have to lay off and see where I’m at in a few weeks. I’m also taking some antibiotics to see if that helps.

I think I was too excited when doing the exercises which caused my initial problems. I also ended up masturbating almost everytime I did my PE routine. My penis was real sensitive and with so much stimulation ended up with the results I got.

I think I figured out another reason for my problem. A friend who also started PE and, actually, encouraged me to get into it, had told me to go past the glans(head) of the penis when doing jelqs and stretches. After doing some reading on this site, I found out that shouldn’t be the case. I need to just go to the glans and hold the exercises there.

My routine has been:
Warm cloth, both wet and dry. I do this after each exercise to maintain blood flow and pliability
Jelqs - I’m up to 7 minutes
Stretches - also 7 minutes
I pump both wet and dry for 30 minutes.

I think what has helped me a lot to gain girth and some length is that I started working out and using a Protein drink and a pre-workout drink. I noticed that these supplements helped to pump my muscles by causing the veins to enlarge and gorge with blood. I now take a protein and pre-workout drink before doing my PE exercises, and find that the large vein in my penis enlarges and engorges with blood. I also wear an adjustable cock ring that allows me to tighten enough to hold the blood in the penis for several hours without constricting the flow of urine.

Measurements:
When I started I was 4 inches in diameter and 2 1/2 in length flaccid. Now I am up to 5 inches in girth and a little over 3 inches in length.
Erect, I can get to 5 inches in diameter and 6 to 6 1/2 inches in length. I didn’t measure myself before PE erect. I think I was about 5 1/2 inches in length and 3 or a little bit more in girth. I was skeptical about PE, but now I am glad that I started. I like the growth that I’ve had and hope to reach my goal of 6 inches in length and 5 /2 in girth. My wife was not really for me doing the PE, but she enjoys the added girth.

At how much pressure do you pump? And for how long? You shouldn’t wear the cockring for many hours IMO, it is not hygienic.

I would back off just a bit while doing much reading in the forums. Some of the stuff you are doing equates to attempting to reinvent the wheel and not going with "round". Someone will validate or correct me on this; but, I believe that pumping should top out at a pressure of 5.

I don’t have a pump that shows the pressure. I usually pump until I feel some my penis extends near max length, about 30 minutes. Then I add pressure until it is uncomfortable for as long as I can handle it, and then release and do some stretching or jelquing to relieve the discomfort. I do this twice a day, if I get the opportunity. Usually in the morning after my wife leaves for work.

I wear the cock ring for about 3 or 4 hours, until it gets a little uncomfortable. Then I release the pressure, leaving it on to continue holding the blood in the penis, but not enough to constrict.

I do have a situation that since doing PE, I seem to feel like an anxiousness in my penis, which makes me continually rub it. I have caught myself at work and I hope no one notices. Does anyone else have this same experience?

Unless you’re a very seasoned veteran of pumping and/or very lucky, pumping without a gauge is not a good idea. Especially since you’re using terms like “discomfort” and “uncomfortable”. Just guessing and randomly subjecting your penis to whatever you feel like is probably going to lead you to the injuries forum. Get a pump with a gauge and spend some time reading in the pumping forum.

Thanks for the tips. I’m going to check on a pump with a gauge and check the pumping forum. I’m impressed with the growth some of the men are having. Hopefully, I’ll be able to follow and have them be permanent.

A gauge in mandatory for pumping. Otherwise you won’t have a clue of how high you are pumping.
