New to PE, but don't know where to begin

Start stretching straight away if you want. Yes, buiilding up the jelqs slowly lets you really focuson how you are doing them. How you jelq is far more important than numbers. Here’s a good thread to read about that: Finally learning to jelq

As far a kegels go, you are exercising a muscle, so you can apply your muscle training knowledge - fast kegels, slow kegels, light ones, intense ones, sets etc. Play about with them, but remember you can overtrain, especially to start with etc.

I wouldn’t worry too much about cock rings etc. at this point. Experiment if you want, but don’t get hung up on using them.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

I think Firegoats post is the essential reason why I`ve browsed endlessly on this site for many many months before actually beginning PE

Apart from the fact that I wanted to be sure I KNEW what was I doing before taking the implicit risk, I figured that the best way to go about PE was to take full advantage of the state of the penis being unconditioned, and although the linear or newbie routine I’m sure is a fair light way to start, I still feel there is a lot of science to be discovered about it and how you should begin to maximize gains , and as anxious as I am to get it under way I feel hesitant about hindering my potential.. I always appreciate hearing from the vets what they wished they had done differently, and I now am under way with trying to understand the actual science of it, the cell regeneration, and the body’s way of showing or hinting at growth zones and routine differentials for avoiding plateaus

Thank you firegoat

Cheers
