New to PE and the forum

Hey everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself.

New to the forum and PE although I have known about it for quite some time now. I first heard of it on a website years ago (jelqing) but never researched it more until now. I have had a slightly smaller member as long as I can remember and it has always affected me mentally. But I now want to face my fears and begin to do something about. Being overweight doesn’t help either. So I have started with the newbie routine and also placing myself on a stricter diet and getting more exercise.

I also want to thank everyone on this forum that has given so much information out to new and experienced PE’s. I have been reading the forums for a few days before joining and finally starting. My routine. I feel like I am now ready to start this new journey with such a helpful group of people who understand.

Welcome to Thunders. The main thing to remember starting out is that PE takes time and patience. Don’t try to rush things as that tends to backfire as often injury is the result. It is very common for guys to combine PE with improved physical fitness, so good luck with both of your objectives.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
