New to PE and Pumping

Hi, Late 40’s guy here..
Many years ago, I was watching a Sex Talk program on TV and a lady was praising the results
Of Pumping. She didn’t go into any details about what pressure is desirable or how long it takes.
At a setting of 5 on the pump, how long should I sustain the vacuum?
Also, can I do this 4 or 5 nights a week? Should it be more or less?

Also, how long does it take to see noticeable results?
Currently, (without pumping) I’m 6 Inches for length and 6 Inches in circumference (fully erect)
But hoping to go to 8 for length and 7 or 8 for circumference.
Are these amounts of gains possible? Is it to much to wish for?
If not, how long does it take?

As I said, I am a beginner and any advice would be appreciated (and new to this site).
Would really like someone experienced with these matters to help.

It’s totally impossible to guess how much you will gain since everyone grows in a different way, and some even though it’s really rare, can’t gain at all.

Gaining 2 inches of length is not that uncommon, it does take a few years for most. Gaining 2 inches in girth might be a bit more challenging but I’ve yet to see people post reasons for a hard cap on gains in general. I don’t know the limits of pumping though, it’s usually played by PI, just like most of PE. May I suggest you start a manual routine first? It has lower investment and more control than a pump. 4 or 5 nights a week is just about right; 2 on 1 off is a common exercise pattern. Hope that helps!

P.S. I think the lady was praising the temporary effect of the penis being larger after a pumping session, not the permanent effect which this forum focuses on.

I think what most of the more experienced PErs tell you is that you should NOT START with pumping. You want to start with manuals to condition your unit, and then start slow with pumping. Check the newbie routine and do that for a few months before pumping.

On a totally different note I guess an 8” girth is causing more harm than good but that’s just pure guesswork :)

Yes, it would be best to condition your dick before moving on to devices.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

When you do start pumping, you might want to consider beginning with two 10 minute session at 5 Hg. One am and one pm. Add a minute a week until you reach 20 minutes. At that point increase the vacuum to 5 Hg. However, use your EQ as your ultimate guide and back off if you experience a decline

I can tell you from experience pumps don’t give permanent gains early on. Not in my experience, and I bought more than a couple to make it work.

Now, if you are still interested in pumping after doing START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info for 3 to 6 months have at it.

But seriously. There is no need to buy expensive gear that can be dangerous first. I’d stick with the newbie and read more. Good gains can be had without pumps. The lady in question probably isn’t a PE expert and I may not be either but…I’m pretty sure a pump ain’t the answer you need. Not right now.
