New to PE. A few Q's

Well, as the title says, I’m new to PE and have a few questions.

I’m 18 and right now I’m probably just under 7” erect, but I feel my circumference of my penis is small (I’m a skinnier guy). I’d like to get thicker and maybe a bit longer.

My main concern to jelqing is injury to my penis. Of course, I’ve read a few threads, and many of you have stated that if it’s done properly it won’t hurt. However, I’ve read several websites that jelqing hurts the penis whether done correctly or not. So, what is it?! Lol

Also, would you guys give any pointers to a person who is totally new to this? I literally just found out about “jelqing” lol

1. Don’t use a super tight grip. No need to strangle your penis
2. If it hurts don’t do it

For a warm up, could I just stand in the shower and heat a face cloth and wrap it around my penis? Then repeat that process maybe 2 more times to ensure it is warmed up?

That is a solid warmup, Aspiring. And believe me, if you practice PE listening to your penis, and gradually increasing workout intensity, you will be in the safe zone for sure.

PE, when done correctly, can only be healthy for your penis.

Alright, I tried it. Good warm up, nice firm grip that wasn’t too tight and I have no pain. :)

You can go tight without hurting your penis as long as you stay focused, don’t go too fast, and stop at the first sign of pain/discomfort. But as sta-kool said, there’s no need to. As long as you are getting blood flow and expanding the tissues you will grow.

A good tip would be to focus on every jelq and use good form. 50 good jelqs will do more for you than 300 with sloppy form, from my experience. There are some good how-to videos here at Thunder’s.
