New to here
Hello, I’m new to this forum and I’ve read alot about PE. I’ve been doing it on a and off for a like a year or two. I’ve made a .5 inch gain and got lazy. Anyways I’m starting again and it’s been a a week.
I do my jelq with 80-90% erect, it feels more effective. But I don’t know if it is. Wat is the correct size to be doing the jelq?
Also, when I warm up with a towel, the heat goes away quick, any suggestions?
