I plan on doing some doing a light clamping routine. I’m looking for some advice on a routine to start out with. I been doing the newbie for 3 months. I had some small gains mostly girth so far. My goal right now is to get a .25 inch in girth and then start a hanging routine. I know girth should be the last thing to do but I would be content with my girth at 5.25 for now and would be able to Max out my length gains and then go back to girth. I just want that toilet paper roll thickness for now. I could live with that for the next couple of years until I reach my length goal.

I’m open for suggestions fellas. I want to do a 6 week clamping routine to try to pull off a quick girth again. It would shock my dick so I’m guessing 6 weeks I can pull something off without toughening up the big Guy too much. I plan on going straight to hanging, light jelqing routine after until I reach my length limits or plateau after that I want to start going hard in the girth department

How about you wait? Clamping is a serious and advanced girth routine that should be eased into a few months after your penis is used to the newbie routine.

I hear that but I wasn’t planning on going balls to the wall clamping routine. I was stick with manual clamping start off at 5 sets of 30 second squeezes and slowly work myself up to 5 minute sets but anyone that has had success with this or a similiar method it would be nice to know how that worked out for you. Thanks

Don’t clamp now at all. Do it when your dick is ready. Trust me, you are not ready now. By the way, if you clamp then forget about length gains.

Think it this way. If you clamp now you might make your tunica tougher to stretch. This means you must spend more time hanging and more weights to get to your length goal. This takes time away from your future girth work too.

I think you should get into the Clamping Easy at first like the guys here suggest. After you complete few first weeks you can go further using some methods like cable clamp(Never do DONKEY SCISSOR CLAMPING) LOL

Alright man, ill take your advice my length gains been slow enough already. Ill just stick to jelqing.
