Hello there people of thunder and happy Friday. I told myself today I would make an account and start this process of trying to gain an inch on my buddy down there. All I really want, is just one inch. If I can achieve a single inch, I will be completely more than satisfied and happy. However, I may have set myself up for disappointment in a “you get what you pay for” sense (without the paying for part, more like effort and time put in). I see that a lot of these routines have various segments with anywhere from 10+ minutes each. I know myself well and realistically speaking, I probably will not have the drive to put 30+ minutes a day into stretching. My questions are:

1. Are there any quick stretch routines that do not take a lot of time?

2. Would it even be worth it, has anybody done a quick routine and actually seen results?

3. I have seen a few jelqing tutorials but almost all were different, is there a link to show how to properly jelq?

Sorry if these have been answered in previous threads. Also I am 20 years old, going to school, and living with parents so I more than likely will want to stay away from any mechanical assistance in gains.

Just an inch? My friend, 1” is a lot. I’m not aware of any reliable member who gained 1” spending less than 30 minutes per session on a routine (warm-up time included).

Ahhh haha I thought it was a little far fetched. I just don’t know if I am determined enough to keep going if it takes that much time. But I guess it can’t hurt to try.

I agree that finding time is tough if you do not have the physical privacy to make it happen. If you do, for example single living alone, then you’ll probably look forward to your PE training and ~30 minutes is no problem. Just remember to start slow and listen to your body rather than any suggested number of reps and minutes. The PE conditioning should feel pretty good and, when you start seeing measurable results, your motivation level will go through the roof.
