New to all of this
Hello there people of thunder and happy Friday. I told myself today I would make an account and start this process of trying to gain an inch on my buddy down there. All I really want, is just one inch. If I can achieve a single inch, I will be completely more than satisfied and happy. However, I may have set myself up for disappointment in a “you get what you pay for” sense (without the paying for part, more like effort and time put in). I see that a lot of these routines have various segments with anywhere from 10+ minutes each. I know myself well and realistically speaking, I probably will not have the drive to put 30+ minutes a day into stretching. My questions are:
1. Are there any quick stretch routines that do not take a lot of time?
2. Would it even be worth it, has anybody done a quick routine and actually seen results?
3. I have seen a few jelqing tutorials but almost all were different, is there a link to show how to properly jelq?
Sorry if these have been answered in previous threads. Also I am 20 years old, going to school, and living with parents so I more than likely will want to stay away from any mechanical assistance in gains.
