New to 'ADS'

I bought an ADS from eBay, it’s a bit like Penimaster, except it has a silicon noose, with foam padding for comfort, seems like it should do the job, except I have no instructions!

I need to know how many hours to wear it to get results, and how tight the noose can go around the head, I’m setting the tension so it is stretching my penis but not causing any pain or discomfort.

Any advice? I would also like to hear about people who have made gains using these types of devices, iv searched around but I’ve seen very little quantification!

Do you have an extender or an ADS? You say ADS, but your description sounds more like an extender.

Some people would classify extenders as ADS since they can be worn for multiple hours, but I personally feel there is a substantial difference.

Can you post a link so we can see what you have?

I too am wondering if what you are describing is an extender, not an ADS. If it is indeed an ADS, the thread linked below made me pull the trigger on getting one. It’s coincidentally written by the poster before me, gigolo744. Thank you for the review and the log, gigolo. This article was the sole reason I got an ADS and am trying diligently to use it properly.

Thanks ViperKp, that is what I love to hear. This site has given me a ton of information and motivation to accomplish something that I did not think possible before— a bigger penis.

And it’s much appreciated, gigolo. So far so good with the ADS! It’s only been a week but I’ve logged 75 hours and have noticed a 1/8” gain in BPSFL and 3/16” in BPEL. Great initial results but I will continue to be disciplined to see how far I can take this. Wearing my ADS at the moment as well. :) Happy PE’ing!

So it’s an extender?? I am only managing about 2 hours per night 4 or 5 nights a week, plus a bit of jelqing and stretching in the shower,,, any ideas on the kind of results I might see, or am I not putting in the hours?

Yes, technically that is an extender. I have no experience with extenders, but from what I have read, there is a strong correlation between hours worn and how much you gain.

I have not heard very good things about ‘noose’ type extenders. Pay close attention to your erection quality and make sure that circulation is not being restricted.

If your EQ is fine and you notice gains with the amount of hours you are currently wearing it for, keep it up, otherwise you may want to increase your hours or purchase an ADS device that you can wear out of the house.

I checked out the link with the ADS from 4goodquality , it looks O.K. , it looks like esl40`s one. But you Know something about this product gigolo ,or you just watched on ebay?

I do not know anything about that particular ADS. The only one I have any experience with is the one from ESL40, but it looks to be a very similar device. One plus I see is that because it is a new product it will probably sell cheap. I just typed ‘penis stretcher’ on ebay and a ton of things came-up.

I just purchased an Ads like the one mentioned above.and I have a quick question about it. I have it attached by putting the glans and all into the silicone sleeve, is that corret or do you just put the tip of the penis into it? Thanks :)

If your ADS is like the silicone sleeves mentioned above, you want to put all of your glans into the cup. I can fit a bit of my shaft in mine too, just depends on how big your glans are. I highly doubt the sleeve would hold any suction if you only covered the tip.

Make sure you don’t wear it too many hours the first few days and always check on your dick every 30 minutes until you have gotten use to it and then check every couple hours at least. Do NOT attempt to wear while sleeping (despite what the seller may have said). Enjoy your purchase.

Yeah thats what I figured, I wore for about 30 minutes a bit earlier, gonna do another 30 minutes tonight, and slowly work my way up. Cheers man. :)
