I’ve seen pics somewhere of what looks like a suction device that goes on the tip, not sure how new it is and don’t know what its called, just fits on the tip, looks like its made of rubber possibly? I’m sure someone here will know what it is, and my next question is can you hang with it? I’ve always had problems getting the BIB hanger to grab properly.
You probably want to be looking at Autoextender . Low weights are a possibility. Monkeybar used to do a Vac hanger but I can’t see it on the product page anymore. The VacADS is still there though.

Looks like the VAC ADS is what I saw. Can only hang 5 lbs with it though, was hoping to get at least 20 with it.

Using heavy weights with a vacuum attachment comes with a very high risk of getting blood blisters on your glans. Be very careful if you decide on a vac device.
