1) get a full erection
2) squeeze at bottom of penis (and hold the squeeze)

Result: head gets to it’s maximum possible size, veins popping out, amazing pump!
You don’t even need to be horny for this, if you squeeze it at the bottom and hold it, your penis will be at it’s hardest size no matter what.

Since jelqing is about pumping blood through your penis, does anyone think this is a nice finisher to your jelq routine?
The pump you get doing this is out of the world, so would doing this a couple of minutes a day stimulate any growth?

PS: I do this instead of masturbating during my jelq sessions to stop getting a boner during my routine, it really helps. That’s how I ran into this. I’m not actually advising this to anyone, this question just occured to me.

What you are doing is just manual clamping. Just do a search for clamping and you will find all sorts of information, plus most guys do it mechanically so your hand doesn’t get so tired. :)


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I think squeezing is a totally fine way for a newer player to start with girth work. I actually end most of my jelq routines with a squeeze or two (get hard, squeeze off the base, then kegel hard every 5 seconds or so, keep the tourniquet grip for 30 seconds) and it improves EQ quite drastically. It hasn’t really caused gains yet for me (now I’m starting to dabble in Ulis and Horse squeezes), but maybe if you can do it for clamping durations (5-10 minutes) who knows… My hands cramp up after a minute max.
