Great forum you have going here. Even though I’m a newbie to this forum, subscribed 10-6-2003, I’m not new to PE, only never been consistent with the exercise routines.
Since joining I have found a wealth of knowledge, exercises and ideas from various members, which I have incorporated into my routine. I have started out as if I am totally new to PE, starting out with almost a basic newbie routine with some variations.
I have had some great results during the last 3 weeks with gains of almost 1/2” in length, which made me decide to give PE a full time go for at least the next year.
My routine is as follows:
5min warm up
100 Crank Stretches ( Grab the penis behind the head and do circular movements, 25 clockwise and the next 25 anti-clockwise)
10 x 50 Stretches combined with kegels (each set stretched at a different angle)
300 Dry Jelq’s
Kegels through out the day, as I remember to do them.
I do the routine 3 x daily, morning, noon and night 5 days on 2 days off and use a heating pad consisting of a linen bag filled with dry rice, which I pop into the microwave oven for about 30sec. I found this to be a great way of heating all areas round the penis, top, bottom and under the scrotum. This is also a very convenient way of heating, especially during the day.
The routine gets changed every 1 - 2 weeks, adding more repetitions and/or exercises or exercise order, as to not get the penis used to the routine.
