"new" stretch technique
Hi used to see this forum years ago, but never took it seriously and after a while I quit and I’ve been doing pe on and off for a long time by myself, but now I’ve come back again to fulfill my destiny :D
But anyways I think I’ve come up with a “new” technique, I’m not sure if anyone else does it, but everytime I do it I get these “lig” pops, although recently I’ve been having blood coming from my urethrea or whats it called.
I think it’s a really good stretch if you want to get these lig pops.
What you do is that you hold your penis with a “ok grip” or any other grip and then you grab your hand with your other hand for extra support.
After that you drag it for example downwards, and kinda lean your hand against the side of a leg a bit for friction for some extra support, and then you bend over, like put your ass back abit, without moving your hands. Like pout your ass out backwards, and after I get this lig pop I finally feel the real stretches but anyways I’m not sure how good this method is just wanted to let you know, and if someone wants to try it, but I’m gonna do them among with dryjelqs and Ulis, and during this summer ill try to keep you updated and post like once every second week, and I’m gonna start PE in about 3 days, after I hope my blood dripping has healed.
