New starting progress

Hi guys,

I started PE in October but not seriously enough, apparently, cause I didn’t have any gains since I started.

So I restart all with a routine that I will follow seriously this time during 2 months, to see if I gain something.

I start with this routine:

-5 min warm up
-20-30 min stretching, 30 s per direction and between all directions 1 min of BTC stretch.
-5-10 min of dry jelqing.

If it’s necessary, a warm down.

So, tell me what you think about this routine, and wish me good luck and gains ^^.

Goal : BPEL : 19 cm !! And EG: 15 cm.

-20 min stretching
No jelqing this time.

Maybe you should start off with lighter routine as you are just starting. I’d say go with the newbie routine. Good luck!

By the way, good starting stats. You’ll gain your goal fast. I’m sure of it! Just don’t overtrain!

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

Thanks for the advice and encouragement but I’ll keep this routine during 2 months like I said before and I’ll see, if I overtrain, I will take some rest days and start a lighter routine ^^.
I hope to gain this time, suspense!! :D .

-5 min dry jelqing.

I did 2 min per stretch.

-20 min stretching
-5 min jelqing

Ok, soo, I will follow your advice kjdeet, cause after 2 weeks of 20 min stretching, PI were not good.So, now, I’ll do only 10 min of stretching, and we’ll see.
