Please could some one advise if the following is ok to do;
Having watched the videos which are brill on the way newbies are to work I have found the following easier;
Warm up 5 mins
Jelqing 5 mins approx 100
Stretching 2/3 mins
The milking I find it easier to do the same hand 5/6 times then change and do the same so it balances out. IS THIS OK?
