Please could some one advise if the following is ok to do;

Having watched the videos which are brill on the way newbies are to work I have found the following easier;
Warm up 5 mins
Stretches 5mins
Jelqing 5 mins approx 100
Stretching 2/3 mins
Warm down

The milking I find it easier to do the same hand 5/6 times then change and do the same so it balances out. IS THIS OK?

It doesn’t matter too much which hand you use, as long as you use both at some point to avoid developing a curve.

Use periods when you type or the moderators will flog you.

I think 5 minutes of jelqing is too short. The newbie routine starts with 20 minutes. It can also be hard to stretch when not completely flaccid, so stretching right after jelqing might be difficult.

Last time I checked, the Newbie routine included 10 minutes of jelqing. However, from what I’ve read it seems that many newbies find even 10 minutes to be too much for them.

Exactly. Pay close attention to this. You will probably also find that stretching loosens up your unit making it easier to jelq afterward.

Now you should add more work week after week. Just for example, next week you do jelqs for 7 minutes and stretch for 5 minutes; another week passed, you do 7 minutes of jelq and 7 minutes of stretching. So, you add some work every week, if your erections are good, if you don’t feel pain etc..
