New starter routine reccomendation
Names Jon, I’m new to the forum, just thought I’d say Hi and ask you guys some advice.
I’ve been looking into Jelqing techniques for the past week or so and I’ve decided to take the plunge and start training. I’m fully aware that results may be slow if not at all and it can be dangerous but I’m willing to accept that.
I’ve taken a look at some of the newbie routines and the precautions but I was wondering if there’s a better to way to get exactly the results I want.
I wish to predominantly increase my girth but any length would be a bonus. I’m currently around 6.5 inches in length but I’ve never been happy with my girth. I also plan on doing the exercises in the bath in the evenings if that’s any help.
Would anyone here be able to recommend a good starting routine to achieve those results?
