Well Hello everyone,

My last major post was a while back. So I would like to say hello to all the Vets and new members. I decided to move foward with everything. Recently diagnosed with a fatty liver I decided to get physically active (as i have been lazy for a year and some change now). I want to start the newbie routine but Im in college so this might prove difficult.

When I was told about my liver, I made a decision to live a better lifestyle. I will try to eat as much fresh and raw fruits and veggies as I can. I will try and make the fresh juices and such. I will be working out more as well as doing cardio(15 mins) and H.I.I.T.(tabata and sprints and such) This will all help my body. I don’t know about a multivitamin. I will be searching for some supplements on here that are basic that help with blood flow to the unit and overall health. With my decision on health next would be my dick.

I think I will start with the newbie routine and take good measurements in 2 days from today (as a starting point). I will be doing them in the shower with the water running, this should be good for my unit to warm up right? I will be going for good stamina as well. With all this being said is there anything I am missing? Maybe someone already knows basic supplements?

PS. Will the decrease in fat and waist line help with blood flow to the penis?

I’m glad we both are taking the same approach to PE (diet and exercise). The shower is a good way to PE because it will keep constant heat on your unit. I think you will be surprised how well your unit will respond to the dieting and exercise. Also your dick will look bigger due to the weight loss. Its a win win situation.

Thanks Soja. Are you going to be taking any supplements? As far as supplements that I can find i will be on Argine, NO, and protein for the gym. We can be “gym” buddies.

I used to but not currently. I would take Cell Mass and N.O. Xplode. When I was working out I was around 195 lbs. Now I am 175 lbs. cutting down to 160 lbs. Im 5’8” and I did not really want to look like a bulldog. I mostly run and do body weight exercises.

A good diet and exercise is one of the best things you can do for EQ so you’re on the right track. As for supplements, L-arginine is one many take that you can do a search for.

It’s not bad but ill eat just about anything. I would recommend using milk (at least skim), because using water is pretty gross. I am in college at the moment.

Cell mass is pretty popular, but don’t get caught up in the hype. Ordering bulk L-arginine or L-arginine ethyl ester does the trick for many, without having to pay the premium of a product like cell mass which is more of a creatine product.

Agreed. You can drop a lot of money on supplements.

So whats a good basic list for supplements for my dick as well as my health. Do you dorm Soja? Prime do you take L-arginine?

I haven’t taken any yet, but I did recently order 100 grams of AEE for about $10 including shipping. And at a recommended dose of 2 grams 1-2 times daily, is a much better deal than purchasing the flashy much more expensive stuff with a bunch of crap thrown together.

For your dick just take AAKG (or L-Arginine), a multivitamin (I get the store brand from the Kroger down the street and it’s the best one I’ve ever used), and a lot of water. Don’t over do it.

Get some kind of creatine for your muscles. Cell Tech by Muscle Tech is really expensive, but it’s also really really good. It has been for me at least.

Well I took the first steps last night with the decision. Next comes my first work out which will be tomorrow. During the week I will or L arginine, some protien, maybe a veggie supplement(super food advertised on the T-Muscle website)
