New sleep schedule has led to major loss in EQ
I have recently vowed to wake up before 7 every morning in order to make my days more productive. I sleep any where from 6-8 hours a night now. I am blaming this as the cause for my massive drop in EQ. I never get morning wood anymore, ever. The greatest boner I can achieve is about an 8 on a scale of 1-10 (I was consistently getting 10’s everymorning). And I have noticed a big loss in sexual desire when It comes to banging my girlfriend.
Is this only temporary? Will my body adjust to my new sleeping habits or is this something that I must stop doing.
