New sleep schedule has led to major loss in EQ

I have recently vowed to wake up before 7 every morning in order to make my days more productive. I sleep any where from 6-8 hours a night now. I am blaming this as the cause for my massive drop in EQ. I never get morning wood anymore, ever. The greatest boner I can achieve is about an 8 on a scale of 1-10 (I was consistently getting 10’s everymorning). And I have noticed a big loss in sexual desire when It comes to banging my girlfriend.

Is this only temporary? Will my body adjust to my new sleeping habits or is this something that I must stop doing.

It imay be due to you making the day more profitable by using more force in your routine.

Loss of EQ usually means that guys are overdoing the force when exercising. So try cutting back on your present method. And it might be worth while giving things a rest for a week.

It could be temporary, try not to eat so much in the morning (Warrior Diet principle).

Are you sleeping less ore you changed your rithms? In this second case, melatonin could help.

Just give your body time to adapt, it will eventually. Also stop stressing out over it I am sure that will not help your EQ.

DAMN.I 1 out of 7 days get a morning wood.why? I smoke that good shit I second hand smoke tobacco(ALOT) and like you said I sleep more then 10 hours a day unless I got school.idk if that may cause no wood but I think that’s it.Or maybe peing to ruff.

I don’t think your sleep schedule is affecting it, but a lack of sleep definitely will, I have experienced this many times. If you are getting 8 hours a night you should be fine, and I would look at your routine as the culprit. However, if you are REALLY only getting 6-7 hours a night (and you’re used to more/need more) then your morning wood will be affected.

What I noticed is that when I didn’t sleep enough, but my routine was perfect, is that I would get morning wood 2 hours after waking up.
