New Size Study

I guess I’m too new here to start a thread anywhere else, so if needed please move to where this may be more appropriate, thank you.

I was going through my Twitter page and saw a tweet from WebMD about a size study. The site does not give a link to where this information was obtained, but says it was published online March 3rd in the BJU International journal. The claim is the information came from about 17 published studies that included approximately 15,500 men measured by health professionals using a standard procedure. I have not attempted to look up the journal for veracity.

According to the study "The average length of a flaccid penis was 3.6 inches, the average length of a flaccid stretched penis was 5.3 inches, and the average length of an erect penis was 5.2 inches. Looking at things another way, the average circumference of a flaccid penis was 3.7 inches, and the average circumference of an erect penis was 4.6 inches."

This was discussed weeks ago around these forums. Suffice to say, many matters surrounding the study are misleading. The average erect penis size in the West is undoubtedly longer than 5.2 NBPEL (most ludicrously and unrealistically low number I’ve ever heard).

Ah, I don’t frequent the site as often as I use to so I wasn’t aware this study was already discussed.

5.2 NBPEL sounds like it could be about right (would mean a BPEL around 5.8” which matches other studies) — I think most were debating as it pointed to a 5.2 BPEL length, making the NBPEL below 5”, which seemed odd/wrong.
