New Routine
Hey guys,
Well I am now three months into the standard newbie routine and I believe I am ready for a new advanced routine. Today I am going to start Bird2’s length routine for length. What I was wondering though, is if I have been doing my routine for 3 on and 1 off, should I start this routine the same way or should I go 2 on 1 off and build up? I hope to see big gains soon, thanks for all your help!
