New Routine

Hey guys,

Well I am now three months into the standard newbie routine and I believe I am ready for a new advanced routine. Today I am going to start Bird2’s length routine for length. What I was wondering though, is if I have been doing my routine for 3 on and 1 off, should I start this routine the same way or should I go 2 on 1 off and build up? I hope to see big gains soon, thanks for all your help!

Just start the routine with the 3/1 which you are used at. Build it up slowly though, don’t do the 3 minute stretches and the 10 minutes of jelqing from the start. Start with 1 minute of stretches and work your way up to 3, while start with 5 minutes of jelqing and work up to 10..

Most of the advanced stretches in your routine are advanced tunica stretches right? I know a while ago you told me not to worry about my LOT, but mine is high so I was wondering if I could add a regular V stretch to hit the ligs?

Here’s what I did today,

7x3 min regular stretching
2x1 min inverted v stretching
2x1 min two way stretch
2x1 min V stretch
4x15 JAI stretches
10 min low intensity (20-40% erection) jelqing

How does that look? I was thinking about doing this routine for about a month and then adding time to it, do you think that looks good for length gains?

And to answer your question Simonclass, no I haven’t had any real gains. I measured yesterday and I think I might be up like .2 of an inch.

Sure, why not? Is this any more effective than plain ‘ol SD stretching though, if its lig-specificity you’re after?

The way I understood it (which is probably pretty opaquely) LOT theory was supposed to tell you how much lig gains you have left. V’ and inverted V - stretching is a way to induce tunica stretch, right?

IMO, V-stretch may do damage to the nerve at the top of the shaft, that’s why I avoid V-stretch.

Feel free to add v stretches. Only keep track of your PI to make sure that you won’t over train.

No, regular stretches are the best way to target your ligs.

LOT is originally used to tell you how much potential lig gains you have left. Extensive studies, preformed by Modestoman, and personal experiences lead to the knowledge that LOT is bullshit.

V and inverted v stretches are used to target the tunica mostly, that is correct.
