New routine
Ive been on this site for a couple months and am technically a newb. But I’ve been jelqing for probably 3 years. I’ve been doing squeezes like both hands jelq meet in the middle, both start at base one jelq up to head. I’ve also been doing saldinsky head exercise or however u spell it. Sorry I’ve been in a really not giving a fuck attitude. After measuring I’ve been so down on myself. Anyways.. I try to jelq as much as I can but its hard for me to keep the right erection level for girth gains. I can do a couple but then it dies down. I think I’ve just done too many jelqs in my life. I know I haven’t yet but it’s getting there. I stretch every direction 2 or 3 sets 30 seconds but I do that twice a day. I roll with a shampoo bottle and that’s about it for my efforts on getting big. I did the size comparison and I’m Mr ordinary and above average length. I want to be above average on both. I’ve got another .3 on girth to be close to that. Help please. I want to throw my routine for a big loop confuse the shit out of my dick. New routine maybe?
