New routine

Well, I have done newbie routine about one year, And I just want to know what other routine I can do?


Begining At 10.4.2010 : EL 16.5cm (6.4") EG 15.5cm (6.1")

Have you seen any gains? Have you had gains and are now at a plateau? Simple searches can help you find more routines to do, what have you done so far?

I have done that newbie routine, and My EL is now 17 cm and EG 16 cm. And that same size have been now about 3-4 month

What you mean with ‘newbie routine’? Have you increased time and frequence over time? How much stretching and jelqing have done lately?

And yes I have increased time.

I stretch now 6-7 minute to one side, and I have done 40-60 strokes jelqing. Should I do more strokes and increase minute?

60 strokes aren’t that much, Moi, I think after one year most of people do about 250-500 jelqs per session.

6-7 minutes stretching ‘one side’ or ‘each side’? What’s the total time? You could also add advanced stretches, like ‘A’ and ‘V’ stretches. Another good manual routine is Memento’s routine

To me 60 strokes is much, or enough. If I do like a 100 strokes, my glains is red spots filled.

What other PI’s have you received? Shoot not sure how to post the link to sparkyx’s thread for it. (Need to read more so I can post properly)
Your routine does seem rather short and sweet, but the simpler the routine the easier it is to focus in I believe, have you always only done 60 or did you start at 20 and work your way to 60? For the stretching I am just curious if you have seen an increase in your BPFSL?

I start 20 strokes or less and I work my way to 60 strokes : )
Thta BPFSL I have never measure, but I’m sure that is increased.

And what do you mean that other PI’s?

Hmmm okay, well if you started with 20 strokes and worked your way to 60, then its possible that 60 is your plateau so I would try to go to 70 next. BPFSL I would measure because it is a good measurement for the length of your Tunica and there have been a couple of threads that talk about the difference in needing Tunica exercises and Smooth Muscles exercises. PI’s are Positive Indicators and Negative indicators. I apologize for being inept and not knowing how to post a thread link to the one I wish for you to read BUT! there is a direct link to the thread on the main page on the left side below the Latest Threads Column it is by Sparkyx. I am sure if you do a search for it you will find it. Please, Please, Please read as much as you can.

Stretching should be done til you are dead. If possible you should be stretching whilst dying. Never ever stop stretching.

Haha PatientlyGrowin :D I meant how long time I have to do these when I’m Stretching, like I Stretch each side 6 minute, so how much at one “A” Stretch time I have to do?

Can you understand now? My english glossary is not huge so it’s hard to explain some things :/

Not a problem, I am lucky to have English as a first language, going for all the others in the world as a lifetime achievement goal!

I would think it would be good to hold a stretch for around 30 to 45 seconds, eventually getting up to 60 seconds to 90 seconds. I personally really enjoy stretching and do it just about all the time I am wasting time sitting around somewhere. This includes stretching everything not just PE related stretches. It can never hurt to be flexible.
