New routine
So, I’ve been reading and PEing on-and-off for a while now. I’ve never really completely dedicated myself to it but I feel I am ready to now - I now have the time and am in the right mental state to do so.
About me:
5.6” BPEL
4.3” EG (mid shaft)
Bit of a baseball bat shape
LOT: around 8:00 (if you prescribe to that)
Never really had problems using it to effect with the ladies, but want it larger, mainly girth.
The routine I’m thinking of following is this:
5-10min: warmup
5 min fowfer on each side (left/right)
5 min 30s stretches: left, right, up-left, up-right, up, 2 each
Dry jelqs (starting with 50, increasing as I progress)
5 min Sadsak slinkies
I also work kegels, standard and reverse during the day.
Anything I’m missing?
