New routine

So, I’ve been reading and PEing on-and-off for a while now. I’ve never really completely dedicated myself to it but I feel I am ready to now - I now have the time and am in the right mental state to do so.

About me:

5.6” BPEL
4.3” EG (mid shaft)
Bit of a baseball bat shape
LOT: around 8:00 (if you prescribe to that)

Never really had problems using it to effect with the ladies, but want it larger, mainly girth.

The routine I’m thinking of following is this:

5-10min: warmup
5 min fowfer on each side (left/right)
5 min 30s stretches: left, right, up-left, up-right, up, 2 each
Dry jelqs (starting with 50, increasing as I progress)
5 min Sadsak slinkies

I also work kegels, standard and reverse during the day.

Anything I’m missing?

May post pictures later.

To adopt the perfect routine you have to proceed by trial and error (not talking about injuries). Over a few weeks you will be able to model an ideal routine after observing your gains, EQ pattern and what not.

All in all, your routine seems nice and compact. Good luck with your gains!

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

Learning from my own experience, whatever you do, DO IT LIGHTLY FIRST. Slowly increase your intensity.. never too rushed. I jelqed too hard, pulled too hard.. the result is 2 bumps, thomb veins…

I have mucked around with the exercises before (note my join date), so I think (hope) I have a good idea of what level of vigor to put in. Well, time will tell I guess.

Just want to add here for record’s sake:

BPFSL: 6.25”
FG: 3.5”

GOAL (Assuming length gains will be twice girth gains):
-7.5” BPEL
-5.0” EG

Those are pretty attainable goals. For further inspiration and motivation, look up Braindrain’s posts and pictures. He started with less girth then you but a little more length, and he achieved 8x6. Stay consistent, get a feel for what you are doing, don’t just stretch blindly in to the air, you have to feel it in your ligs and the tunica.

Your routine looks very good, except I would substitude the dry jelqs for wet jelqs.


Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0
