New routine.

I have been doing the Newbie Routine fro a while now and I have made some pretty good gains. However, most of the gains that I have made are in the girth department and I want more length. My current workout routine includes 5min of warm ups which is followed up by 10 min of stretching and 25min of jelqing.

I was planing on doing a routine where I would have a two days on and one day off. I have a pretty busy schedule and I don’t have a lot of time so I have to break my PE sessions into two. One of them is going to be in the morning while the other one will be at night in the shower.The first day I was planing on doing two 15 min of manual stretching. On the second day, I was planing on doing one 15min stretch and 20min of jelqs. Anyone has any input or ideas or tried something similar to this?

Many people split their routine into two sessions. Memento, for instance, had good success with such a routine.

If you want your routine to focus more on length, do more stretching and less jelqing, and/or try New Jelq City jelqs.
