New routine too much?

New routine too much?

Hi! I would like it some veteran here could evaluate this routine to know is it to much and how should I change it.

10 minutes warm up with rice sock
5 minutes stretching
10 minutes semi-erect jelqing
2 sets of 10 minutes high pressure bathmate pump
10 minutes massage
20 minutes low pressure bathmate pump

Also after that I do 3 set of 5 minutes clamping but only 1 day on/1 day off.

I’m doing this routine 6 days on/ 1 off

I have been doing PE for a year now.

I would say that is way too much, but first I have to ask what are your results? I am thinking that you would have a lot of discoloration and have lost erection performance. So, is your cock all black and blue or does it still look healthy and do you still have strong erections?


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

It seems heavy, but gprent is right. Give us the whole picture..

Agreed it’s way too much. Rome - not in a day. Bigger, healthy penis - also not in a day.

What kind of stretches, how long a hold, etc?
Jelqs - how long, how many?

Think along those lines, not just the total time. This builds an orientation toward the experience of each jelq and stretch, versus just punching a clock.

Are you new to pe? If you are (which many will assume you are as a new member) than you are probably doing too much. Less is more, especially too start out. Think of it this way, if you can get gains by doing less, than that is optimal. As you have been doing pe for awhile and the gain start too slow, you will need to alter your routine and possibly do more too continue to see gains. If you start out doing too much, not only could you be prone to injury, as you progress you’ll need too do even more to try and continue to make gains or you’ll be forced too take some time off before being able to restart and continue to have gains.

Again if your new, look into the linure routine or the newbie routine as a place to start for a few months and then progress too more complex routines as your unit gets more used to being worked.
