New Routine Needed

Hey all, I can’t post in the general forum or I would, but I’m in search of a new routine for a multitude of reasons - and primarily, after about 2 or 3 months of the newbie routine I moved on to Mem’s Routine, the one that would allegedly give 2” in 8 months, after 5 or 6 months I’m seeing absolutely no change despite following everything right down to the letter.

So I am in need or a new routine focused on length, because honestly, I’m tired of flop routines, I started PE when I was 15, I just happened across it one day and off and on saw 0 results, stopping after about 2 months each time.


Start: (Dec 07) 6.5 NBPEL / 5.2 EG

Goal: 8.0 NBPEL / 6.0 EG

Current 7"NBPEL / 5.5 EG

Newbie routine is actually best in terms of gains. “Advanced” routines only become necessary because the penis strengthens against whatever stress you put on it. Even so, since you are fighting the penis fortification process you should only put in the minimum of stress required for gains, no more. There is no perfect routine for everyone, only guidelines. You should ensure that you are doing exercises correctly and that you are not over-training (a very common problem).

Except from what I read different routines target different parts more or less, leading to different ‘ways’ of gaining and being permanent or sometimes not. But I will have to consider that I’m possibly overdoing it.

So… Anyone with any length focused routines that they think would work with me? The newbie routine never really got me anywhere and I’ve not gained on any other routines I’ve tried either. Not 100% sure what caused them to be ineffective either.

Dude are you using enough intensity? I find it almost hard to believe a completey unconditioned dick wouldnt grow a tiny bit from over 3 months of stretching and jelqing with the right amount of effort.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.
