New Routine, 4 Months Of PE

Hey guys, whats up?

I’m a Brazilian guy, so my English isn’t the best. I started PEing in December 2017, with initial measures 6,6” BP and 5,2” girth. I’ve gained 0,4” in length using the newbie routine.

Now I’ve been thinking of trying a new routine, and I would be very happy If you veterans could give me some advice. Here it is:

Day 1:
-5 min warm up
-stretching (5 each direction, 30 sec each stretch)
-10 Uli, 30 second duration each
-5 min warm down

Day 2:
-5 min warm up
-stretching (2 each direction, 30 sec each stretch)
-200 wet jelq
-5 min warm down

Day 3: rest

So repeat the routine until the gains stop. What do you think of it? Should I wait some more time to start Uli? Or increase the number of jelqs and let my girth gains to the future? Any advice is really helpful.

Doesn’t look like a bad routine, I would suggest slowly easing in the ULI’s instead of going from doing zero ULI’s to 10 sets at 30 seconds.

Perhaps start by adding a couple of them in between your jelq sessions until you’ve gotten up to doing 5 of them for 30 seconds or so and then creating your ULI only routine of 10 sets at 30 seconds. That may work out better.

I did that, and noticed a slight gain in length and girth when adding ULI’s to my jelq routine. I think they help with creating great expansion for a higher quality jelq.

I saw your pictures, great work! Great length and girth gains, congrats!

Started this week with:

-5 min warm up
-stretching (5 each direction, 30 sec each stretch)
-2 Uli, 30 second duration each
-200 Jelq (20 min)
-5 min warm down

Will add one Uli each week, and when got to 5, do one day only with stretching and Ulis
