How long should I wait though? I was on basically that same shit (from another 2 sites’ newbie routines) for 8 weeks each and this was several years ago. I have basic problems that make it tough enough already to follow the routines, when I focus mad mad time & energy to go through and do the routine correctly .. Every day.. And then don’t gain, it’s killer.

8 weeks and then you ramped up the exercises? How consistent were you? 8 weeks of steady exercises, or 8 weeks of bullshit off and on, do some crazy shit every now and then, fuck it this shit ain’t going to work for me because I’m “special?

Maybe you would be better off working on your head first. Get that anger shit handled and then give PE a try.

8 weeks of the newbie routine either 5 days a week or 6 — no fucking bullshit. Trust me, when I’m given a routine and I believe it will work (which I very much fucking did at first) I make sure I do it. Because I know there’s going to be serious damage (to my head and to the wall, as it has) if shit doesn’t work — so I do everything in my power to make it work. The second go around, I was even more determined and did it EVERY fucking day until at the end of 8 weeks I could’ve almost swore I got a bit smaller (was 6 BP at some point in between and saw myself consistently measure down to 5.75 by the end).

Oh, so now PE is the cause of your anger. Well, then you had best stop all PE because you sound like it is only doing you harm. Fix the anger, then maybe try PE again.

Hey, I’ve been a member of thunders place for a few years and have just decided to really start doing PE. I have noticed over the years that if one trains to hard without giving themselves a break Drkegels, more than likely you are going to have some very negative PI’s (shrinkage, no gains, etc. That you have mentioned.) It would probably be a good idea to give your dick a breather every now and then, may help with your gains as well.

DrKegels I’m not an experienced PEer by any means but I’ve noticed that my penis grows during breaks and rarely (if ever) while I’m exercising. It seems the exercises set up the parameters for growth and the growth takes place during the breaks. I’d recommend a 2-week break and then slowly and gently exercising, possibly with low-level stretching such as an ads or extender.

How’s your EQ? Any negative PIs?

Does that offer of 5K still stand? Because I think I can help you with your problems.

But are you willing to relocate until you achieve your goals?

1. See I live in Detroit. Detroit has the largest Arabic population outside of the Middle East. You’ll be welcomed with open arms around here. There’s also 2 distinct cities (suburbs) that are almost 100% entirely Arabic. You will have no fear of leaving the house, for the reasons you mentioned, around here.
