Hello everyone, I am new to community and new to PE. First I would like to thank to all people who post and help others with questions and demands.
I am really grateful for being part of this community , hopefully I will fit in and you will take me as member of community. :)

I have read a lot, specialy treads about noobs in PE . I will do my best and try commit to it fully now ( talking about newbie routines). I won’t bother you to much I hope so, I am just looking for maybe some tip advice maybe a Little courage lol.

I will go with Newbie Routine described in tread for new ones.

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap

2 days ON / 1 day REST

I am considering posting progress maybe once a week if that would be fine

I was wondering did someone mix bath-mate pump in this Newbie Routine?
For example for stretching and warming up ?

Someone did, but tipically it’s not suggested to use a pump in the first months.


Starting size: 6.7 x 4.4

Current size: 7.25 x 4.6

First goal: 7.5 x 5.0 Mid term Goal: 8 x 5.25 Long term goal: 8.5 x 5.5+

I think you can feel better by extending the warm-up period.

If I figured it out right, heat is very important thing about all exercises. Will try keep that on my mind.

Ok after 10 days of newbie program I have learned this.

Warm up insted of 5min I warm up 10min
10x manual stretches with rest between 30sec
10mins of jelq
5mins sitting just in warm bath
10mins of jelq

Sometimes when I am done I see white Little spots, and sometimes my head gets small strains on it don’t know why?

After 10days I already feel difference when it gets hard. I think its already longer for about 0.7cm
In next couple of weeks I will do my best to get around four hundred stokes(jelq) per exercises

I found it really hard at start to jelq because it gets hard after half min, how do you guys deal with erection while jelqing?
Do you watch ugly videos like I do, or you have something better?:)

Anyway, I am really happy about newbie program and will keep you posted.

It can take a while to get used to jelqing, I wouldn’t recommend jelqing with a full erection so just wait it out and try and think no sexual thought, once tote between 50-80% erect go for it. It’s all a matter of conditioning the mind and penis.
