New Newbie Need feedback

Hey guys,
I’ve started doing jelqs for about 2months. My routine was regular 10min sessions warmup+stretching and 10min jelqs.

Starting stats was: 13,5 cm length.
12 cm girth:( .

Stats now are: 15 cm length.
12 cm at the top, 13,2cm at the base girth.

Anyways I started focussing on girth mainly since a week. Doing manual clamping after 5minutes of jelqing. Clamping my erect penis as hard as a I can for about 1 minute, ten sets of this.. Is this dangerous? I feel like it really paid off.. My unit was alot bigger yesterday, should I try it again today?

Why change your routine when it works so fine?

Seems better to leave the more stressing exercises only after newbie gains get to a halt. Clamping so early makes your unit more conditioned and cannot benefit fully from the lighter routines. You may have more gains for a shorter period of time, but then your gains will stop earlier than they should and leave you with a hard to work unit.


Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

Well.. I don’t get the pump feeling from just jelqing like I used too.. And I’m not planning on having a long PE career.
If I reach 5.5/6 inches girth I’m happy.

I also clamp the head of my erect unit while I’m clamping the base with my other hand, this builds a huge pressure so I hold it for 3,4 seconds. Is this safe?

There are more chances to injure yourself if clamping like that if your unit I not used to such work out. After less than 3 months you expose yourself to trouble.

I would recommend sticking with the n00b routine or what ever it was that gave you 1.5cm gains in length in 2 months. If you must do girth work early on please be careful and read up on the stuff first.

I really enjoy the sight of my unit swelling up 0.5inches in girth lol, so I’m going to continue clamping.. But cut it down to 5minutes and twice a week untill my body gets used to the pressure is this o.k

No. It’s the intensity that will make your penis harder to deform, not the time. Why the hell you do want to change a routine that is working? Anyway, it’s your tool, just trying to help.

Congratulations on your quick gains. I know it’s hard to resist, but you will benefit from just doing the newbie routine for a few more moths:)
