New Newbie Need feedback
I’ve started doing jelqs for about 2months. My routine was regular 10min sessions warmup+stretching and 10min jelqs.
Starting stats was: 13,5 cm length.
12 cm girth:( .
Stats now are: 15 cm length.
12 cm at the top, 13,2cm at the base girth.
Anyways I started focussing on girth mainly since a week. Doing manual clamping after 5minutes of jelqing. Clamping my erect penis as hard as a I can for about 1 minute, ten sets of this.. Is this dangerous? I feel like it really paid off.. My unit was alot bigger yesterday, should I try it again today?
