Linear Newbie Routine

Well, not sure if I’m doing them entirely correctly, but started the “bill10” routine (ha!) in the shower this week, 3 times thus far every other day.

Starting measurements (measured from the top) are BPEL - 6.25-6.5” (was tough to tell as I’m fairly curved to the left and upward and the measurement increased if I pressed the ruler flatter against the shaft). NBPEL = 5.25 - 5.5”. EG at the middle of the shaft was 5.25”, just below the head was just a tad over 5”, base was just above 5.25”.

So outside of EQ, I guess an initial goal would be +1” length and +0.5” girth. Not sure if that is attainable with mostly jelqs and I guess stretches, as I won’t be leaving any hanging/pumps or other devices around the house any time soon.

Admittedly, the above was the most odd thing I’ve ever posted online in my life.

BTW, any way to get rid or reduce the leftward curve over time?

Jelq to your right. I means the glans of your penis should point your right thigh.

You won’t get wonders but it will make the bend less obvious.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

BTW when I say 10 minutes stretching, ( 2.5 minutes each direction ) I try and do those 2.5 minutes stretch without releasing the pull or grip throughout the whole 2.5 minutes, (which I can never do because of pain just behind my glans), then change direction and do another 2.5 minutes, etc…

QUESTION 1 :

Should I be stretching say 20 seconds each direction untill I get to 10 minutes all together, or keep at what I am doing?

When I realease grip because of pain, I waggle my unit about for a few seconds, as to stimulate circulation, then start stretch again. Also, seems that after a shower the grip is alot better ( needing less squeezing because of better adherense ).

QUESTION 2 :

Also, any reason I shouldnt be doing my stretching after the wet jelqing? ( apart from the lubrification issue ) I have a feeling it could be more effective for me….Any tips of what is the best?

1) 30-60s stretches suffice!
I personally have been doing 30s stretches most of the time but now, I am doing 50s.
I have read somewhere here the biological explanation as to why just 25-28 seconds or sth are enough for the stretch to be effective. Don’t take my word for it though, you can go search for yourself. But all I can say is that 30s stretches did it for me!
I did 5 directions (left, right, out, up, down) 2 sets with shakes & rotary stretches inbetween. The stretching part took me approx. 10m each session.

Stretching 2.5 entire minutes doesn’t sound healthy to me to be completely honest..
I think my peepee would turn into another color if I did that.
But you can always opt to go for much longer stretches with much lower intensity. Afterall, they multiply up to the same value, e.g.:
Work = Time * Intensity
Time in minutes, Intensity on scale 1..10 -> example
Work = 2.5min * 2 = 5 (long stretch with relatively low intensity)
Work = 0.5min * 10 = 7.5 (short stretch with max intensity)
What I’m trying to say is, you do the same amount of work.
But.. people say that low intensity + long duration beats high intensity + short duration.
But for me, the latter works. So.. it really just depends on the person. Go experiment!

2) There are many school of thoughts regarding that.
Some say stretching after jelqing is better, some say its the other way around.
I initially started with stretch -> jelq, then for 2 months, I have tried <girth exercise> -> stretch and I gained both times.
If you feel like stretching in an engorged state, which you will be after jelqing, will benefit you more, go for it.
Just document as you progress so you can determine for yourself whether its effective for you or not!

If you don’t loosen your grip after each direction stretch, you will be clamping your glans, always resulting in pain. After each direction, wait 10 to 15 seconds before move to the next stretch.

After jelq, you penis is all teared up and sore. If you stretch, you will have a feeling that could easily be mistaken by “something being intensified” (in this case, the stretch). I don’t believe that stretch is intensified after jelqing, it is a different feeling because your penis is worked up.

Anyway, I don’t think it will make a difference (before or after jelq). If you want to stretch after jelq, make sure that your erection subsides before start the pull.

Why not stretch a semi erect penis? Not effective?
And would you agree to “ehlolol”, saying 30-60 seconds max? ( for a complete session duration of 10 minutes )

Flaccid penis = 100% “stretchable”.
Erect penis = 0% “stretchable” or close to it.

30 seconds hold should do it fine.

Just for clarification, I have read that one should gain length before attacking girth because girth grow would reinforce the tunica, and length gains would become much harder.

If I do stretches AND Jelqs, wouldn’t that kind of be opposed to each other?

You can do them together and gain normally. I believe they synergizes each other. That is why jelq is the perfect penis exercise: targets length and girth at the same time, at a close rate (40 to 60% erection levels).

If your length gains starts to be shy, nothing that a good old heat (constant) to “loosen” everything inside your penis, resulting in a better stretch.

Alright .. I already tried PE ten years ago, but didn’t stick with it, and lost the little gains I had. And it seems PE developed a bit since then.

I am lucky and glad that I have nice skills in bed. I’m really good with my mouth and hands, as well as being dominant and sensible. I would be interested to know how long it took and what you used to make your gains? 17,2 cm to 19cm or 6.8 to 7.5 inches …I suppose thats BP?
I have 18,6cm ( 7.3 inches ) BPER at the moment, although thats meant to be enough, I also feel insecure about it, but then I think most “average size people” do…
