Linear Newbie Routine

Hey J123, it be awhile! Anyway, I’m still currently feeling pressure around my pelvic but everything else is fine. When I jelq while masturbating there is no pain in my penis. The only thing that’s holding me back is the pressure around my pelvic area.

What do You think about this Routine :
* Phase 1
( Day on / day off )
#1 50 Jelqs + 50 Kegels ( a few times during the day)
#2 60 J + 1 Streches + 60 K
#3 70 J + 1 S + 70 K
#4 80 J + 1 S + 80 K
#5 90 J + 1 S + 90 K
#6 100 J + 1 S + 100 K
Rest 1 week

* Phase 2
( 2 days on / one off )
#1 120 J + 2S + 120 K
#2 140 J + 3 S + 140 K
#3 160 J + 4 S + 160 K

( 3 days on / one off )

I am still not sure , should I go for one or two weeks for each segment ( probably two).In that case , phase 1 would last 3 months , phase 2 two and a half.

I said earlier that I would post my results every 2 weeks. Well, it’s a bit longer than 2 weeks but here are my results.
I seamed to gain half a centimeter BPEL, 0.2 cm BPFL. I started the second of September. I haven’t measured EG yet, but I don’t expect gains in a short time of period as this.
Sorry for my bad English if so.

JohnnyBravos, your routine sounds fine. Hopefully the results are fine too. I believe that experience will tell that do you need to spend one or two week with each segment. Try first a longer period and then shorten the time between segments is necessary.

Viva51, good thing that you are better, just remember to take it easy. Your penis (and PE) might have some connection to the pelvic are pressure feeling, so don’t “overload” it until you are totally healed.

I start this routine as soon I have the answeres I need.
I report in a periode of 2 weeks.

Here is the routine:

First week:
Like 5 minutes hot shower warm up.
20 jelqs
Warm down
50 kegels 5-10 sec

second week:
around 5 minutes hot shower warm up.
stretch 30 sec each direction
40 jelqs
warm down
50 kegels 5-10 sec

Is this program good enough?

My question is, can I do fowfer and stuff like that, as long as I do it after some hours, after the routine?

I want to chime in about the merits of the J123 method in general.

In my experience so far, doing a much lighter routine has shown superior results. I will know more in a month or so.

Another forum member, Kevin12, has had fantastic gains over the last month simply by drastically reducing his intensity.

Doing a lighter routine for some is not just a way of getting gains, it can be a way to get extremely FAST gains, even for those who have done PE for a few months.

I would like to know if there’s more persons that have gained from this routine? I have started and stopped PEing for like three times over the years and I’m thinking of trying this routine. Hopefully I’ll move to my own apartment and get some more privacy soon. But for now I don’t have it and it seems that I can do this routine without to much fuzz.

I am a newbie here and I decided to start with your routine first like for a month and then do the newbie routine. I did the warm up/down and I was doing no more than 85 jelqs with no stretches and I just want to say that the first day I tried it that day I had the hardest erection I’ve had in years and over the course of the month I kept going and I had this amazing erections, I didn’t measure because I want to measure once every month so I wanted to wait. The bad thing is that I had to stop PEing because I got a pimple in my dick on 4 days ago and I just think: Fuck!! I will lose everything I had gained, that is if I gained something at all but I think I did because I did noticed my dick I bit bigger.I don’t know if it was my imagination or just because I had this amazing erections but I hope it was because I was gaining. Anyway I am planning on starting again after my pimple is gone and then ill be able to tell everyone here if it worked for me or not.

Don’t worry about taking the time off. You will not lose anything in a short time like that. I am on a similar routine to this and had to take several days off during the holidays. I lost nothing. In fact I gained during the time off.

After one week on the regular newbie routine, I just restarted on this one. I must say I’m pretty happy about it after the first session. My problem with the standard newbie routine was that I had a hard time staying hard during jelqing, but with this routine and RB’s grip I didn’t have any problems for most of the set. For the second half or so I lost it a bit and would have to stop a few times, but I think that’s cause I got a little too excited about the progress and did a lot more than 10-20 jelqs. For the remaining 3 session this week, I’ll stick to the recommended range. The only thing I’m questioning is why the routine recommends to start out with no stretching - for me that was the easiest part of the old newbie routine and I’m looking forward to reincorporating it.

I’m on the 3rd week of the routine , I’m getting positive PIs (better flaccid etc.) but there are no gains in length nor girth , what should I do please?

J123 are you still about? Just had a quick question.

I did PE religiously for about 8 months, but than I stopped and haven’t done PE for about a year. I gained a bit during the time, I did some clamping too. Now I plan on restarting, so considering I haven’t done anything for about a year, do you feel that your newbie routine is a good routine to follow?
