Sure thing man. I’m full of questions like yourself, I’m glad I came across this place, I just only wish I came across it a lot sooner like 4 years ago before I wasted a lot of money on bullshit penis enlargement pills and other stuff. Live and learn! Well from January 2006 to the second week of May 2006 I only did a very simple routine and I don’t believe I did the jelqing right it was

5 min hot wrap
25 min Jelqing
5 min hot wrap

Real simple. I know I did not gain much if anything in length (though I never did a BPEL which is the best way to tell) but I believe I did add .25 in girth. I’ve totally re did my routine to add stretching, ADS and the correct way to Jelqing (I found the overhand grip works best for me). I will take more measurements at the end of July and let everybody know how the re done program is doing. Yeah I love getting oral so 6 inch girth is not all that appealing to me, so I’m shooting for 5.5 or maybe a little over but not much. Hope you reach your goals and welcome to the site.


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

I never spent any money on those “magic pills” because I came read many medical articles which said that PE never works with pills alone. Although I came across those mechanical extenders offered on-line, I was afraid to buy and use them without having comments from real users. We have no way of verifying those so called “satisfied users”. But this site is different. There are a lot of guys who have tried various routines and a newbie can learn a lot. Actually I was reading various posts for many days before I started my routine.

I think J123 has something positive in his suggested method. There can be many negative side effects if one exceeds the limits at the beginning. In my opinion one should develop the best by experimenting within limits.

Well you were smarter then I not to fall into the bullshit hype of the pills. Yeah those “satisfied users” are there own people typing a fake sales pitch. Yeah J123 brought up some good points. I’ve added another day of rest so I’m doing 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off. Instead of Mon-Sat then rest Sunday. I don’t want to over due my workout and have to add more since I would plateau early. I’m also not doing to do any clamping, since I’ve seen it effect’s erect length. I’m also only ADSing when I workout so 5 days a week as well. Hahahahah we are both going for the same size awesome. So if you get there first maybe we could trade penises.

My routine is Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday off, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with Sunday off. I don’t do anything on my days off no ADS or anything.

It sounds quite fine. That jelqing is good if you get enough expansion with those percents. Main point in jelqing is to expand the expanding tissue (I don’t know is this expression correct) and theoretically (quite hard to see) the cells expand to all directions. So, jelqing with lower percentages may have better length effect only, because of the stretching effect, just as in basic stretching. But if you jelq with higher erection percentages you have to reduce the numbers/time to keep the amount of force same.

Instantly after you have done your workout get a full erection to see, that does your dick look like somehow expanded (it is not much) to figure has your workout been effective.

That ADS after workout is a bit tricky issue. It is not 100% clearly what is right answer, but right now I think it is better to do nothing with your dick after workout. It may not have any negative effects, but it surely may be just a waste of time. After workout your dick is already expanded (hopefully girth and length) and all you have to do, is let it rest. Even it is flaccid, the cells inside your dick are still expanded, they just are not expanded with blood.

It is good not to do anything on your resting days as you said. I think, that it could be better if you leave the Saturday off too. So you have 2 sets and one 2 days off is good, so your dick can really rest.
It is hard to determine when your dick is enough rested, especially is you overdo even a little bit.

When I did overdo, the over exhausted state of penis started to look like a normal to me and I thought, that it is rested even it wasn’t. It is purely psychological effect. If you think that, you might have the same problem, take a couple days off, to see how your dick looks like when it is surely enough rested. It is good to do this every 2 -3 months to check, that the reality is really, that what you think is reality.

I don’t feel my routine is sustained at the same rate. I only do it broken up different times of day. I think I will pick up your entire routine starting today and I will give you the results in 2 months. I was jelqing.. I don’t remember how many repititions I never started counting, but I will just start with 40.

I started PE since only 10 days. Intuitively, I lightened the newbie routine for my first sets, and it appears that what I’m doing is pretty similar to your light routine.

I did a lot of searching on these boards before starting, and got pretty much convinced by the “less is more” theories: “keep it guessing”, avoiding the “penis getting used to intensity” effect, deconditioning breaks etc.
So I will go on very gently and progressively and post my results here.

One thing I would like you to clarify is the fact that your newbie routine doesn’t include stretches at all: could you please comment a little more on this? (Since I thought a lot of the newbie gains where supposed to mainly come from stretching)


If I had PE as much as I have lurked, I would be hung like a donkey.

”- Stretching: I don’t recommend doing any stretching within the first week or two.
When you begin stretching do one 30 second pull to each direction (down, up, left, right, forward).
Within the first 2 months add max. 1 stretch (up, down..) per week, but if you feel, that it is not
necessary to add number of stretches, then don’t.”

Like you see, there is stretching, but I don’t recommend doing it withing first week or two. Your dick has enough to handle with jelqing at first and it is hard to measure the intensity of stretching, so it is best to wait, that week or two before starting stretching.

If you read further thread you see, that I got 1 inch just by jelqing, but doing some stretches makes workout more effective, so that is why there is stretching in the routine.

Hey, We are not competing. I wish it works for both of us. Probably you’ll reach the target first as you said you started some time ago. Apart from that you have a head start anyway because your initial stats are a bit above that of mine.

Hi Canoworms, Welcome to J123 Club :)
So we have started almost together. Don’t be over-enthusiastic and move to power-routines at the beginning. I think you should take J123’s advice at least in the initial phase. Once you get the feel you will probably know what is best for you without overdoing. It is also a good idea to read a lot (follow the threads on related subjects in this forum) to get more information.

I’m actually going to start with 25 jelqs.

I think 50 is a bit too high.

And I’m only going to hold a stretch for 15 seconds for the first 3 weeks, then add 5 seconds per week after that.

What do you think?

That sounds fines. The purpose of the Linear routine is just to offer general guidelines and that is why there is already quite much room to fit your unique routine. Especially if you want to stick with lower amounts, it is preferable if you feel so.
