Gozah, it is best wait that 2 weeks if you can do it. I recommend, that you start using Linear routine, because it is more gently to start, than Babbis modified routine. Anyway, it is good idea to have brake like Babbis have presented, after you have got some stable gains. Although with enough rest in your actual routine the need for that long break it is questionable, but still it is a good idea at least in theory and surely won’t do any harm.
You can combine linear approach and the break idea if you want to use both routines.
I think I rest now for 2 week. Then started with your routine from the beginning, with 10 en 20 jelq strokes
J123, I wanted to know your opinion on what to do about the long vein located on the top of your penis? What I mean is how do you go about avoiding it when your stretching or jelqing, because I heard that the vein was delicate and I don’t want to injure myself.
Also I am currently up to 100 jelqs. I have been doing between 85-100 jelqs since 9/16/06. For these past two PEing sessions I have done 100 jelqs. How long do you think I should stay at 100 jelqs for?
This leads into my next question. I have been doing the linear PEing routine since 8/11/06, and before that I did 6 weeks of the regular PEing routine. I have not really seen any results from it since. I am still currently at BPEL, 7.25 inches/ EG, 5 inches (I’m not sure what those measurements are in mm or cm).
I know I need to be patient because it takes time, but how long before I see some results? Am I doing everything right? I am going to start doing more cardio this week and from here on out. Hopefully that will help too. But what else can I do? Please help.
Viva51, there is not much to do about the vein other, than trying to concentrate the pressure elsewhere. As long as there is no pain or any significant change jelqing and stretching should be fine.
If you are not gaining, you have to change something. Gains in total (practical gains) come slow, but you should gain slowly, but steady almost all the time (easier said, than done). Best indicator at short term is your erect penis after workout (does it seem bigger or not), because flaccid look doesn’t tell much, except at the very beginning. Try to change different aspects, but not very dramatically at short term.
You can try to increase jelqs at first for example 20 jelqs and after couple workouts other 20 or you can try different workout/resting ratios like 1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, 1/2 on 2 off or a combination of adding jelqs and changing the workout ratio. What is your current ratio? Also with every ratio you need to get a couple extra resting days now and then, because successful PE is always more or less playing on the edge.
J123 thanks for the advice. When I get my penis erect after workout it does not get any bigger than what my max length and girth are, which is a BPEL of 7.25 inches/ EG 5 inches.
What I mean by this is when I’m normally masturbating my penis BPEL is anywhere from 6.5 inches to 7.25 inches. Now when I get really “Turned On” it grows to it’s maximum which is 7.25 inches, and the Erect Girth (EG) stays at 5 inches all the time.
The way I measure is masturbate my penis to the the max (but without ejaculating) then I grab a ruler and press it to the bone and measure. It also takes sometime to actually get it to my maximum length and girth, is that normal?
What do you mean when you say “After a couple workouts other 20.” Did you mean after a couple workouts add another 20 jelqs?
My workout/resting ratio is currently every other day.
Also, I was wondering if it would hurt my PE gains if I masturbated too much? On days I don’t do a PE workout I usually masturbate anywhere from 1-2 times a day. On PE workout days is the same.
What are your recommendations?

Hey J123, I just wanted to know if you got my previous post?
Would PC flexes help at the same time as the jelqs, and if so, how exactly do you synchronize them?
Viva51, I have been a little busy lately and that is why I haven’t answered until now.
That 20 jelqs and then 20 jelqs was more like a example, but of course executable example. The point is to find out, that how your penis responds to a significantly bigger amount of jelqs. When you did the original newbie routine, that is about 200 jelqs, how your penis responded to that?
There is one way to find out some amount of jelqs, that at least makes difference, but it is quite harsh (absolutely not for first time jelqers or even near that).
Just jelq as long as you go beyond the max amount you need to make growth. Every time you have done 50 jelqs (starting from the beginning) get a erection and then continue jelqing. When you feel uncomfortable to do more jelqs or getting erection or the quality of erection is gone to worse direction it is time to stop. From the amount of jelqs you got, you cut out about 1/3 or 1/4 and try to jelq with the amount that is left for a while. After experiment like this it is good to keep about 2-3 days off.
You can also try to do for example 2 on 1 off. I currently do with that ratio, but usually it goes like this 2/1, 2/2, 2/1.., because I need quite regularly extra resting days (point is, that don’t hesitate to keep extra resting days when needed). Also (again) the penis doesn’t necessarily have to be bigger after exercise (measured with normal measuring methods like ruler), it can be just more like a feel or look (when erect), but if you get even a little bit more to ruler it is good, but not necessary.
It is better if you don’t masturbate at workout days, because it affects to erection quality. Otherwise it doesn’t matter much and the influence is concentrated to erection quality and so it can have (not necessarily) some impact to workout efficiency. Anyway masturbation don’t prevent gains and it is good to ejaculate regularly.
Teej, kegels have some benefit when done with jelqs (more blood in penis), but it needs some practice. Generally, do kegel first and then right after it do jelq and so on.
Thanks J123! When I started the original newbie routine 200 jelqs was just way too much for me at the beginning. So I started off with about 140 and worked my way up. I think it only took me about 1-2 weeks to get up to 200 jelqs, but when I first started out I was very impatient and I rushed up to 200 jelqs within those first 2 weeks. By the end of the 6 weeks I was doing about 340 jelqs and about 10 min. Of stretching.
So what should I do? I am currently at 100 jelqs, and one 30 second pull to each direction (down, up, left, right, forward). Should I just add 20 more jelqs to my routine.
This next suggestion you gave me sounds a little confusing? Plus, do you think I have enough experience to try it?
“Just jelq as long as you go beyond the max amount you need to make growth. After experiment like this it is good to keep about 2-3 days off.”
Let me know, Viva.
J123, I have one other question to ask you. I just wanted to clarify if you said it was ok to stop when you are jelqing to add more lube or regain an erection?
If I stop jelqing to get erect again how long should I spend trying to regain my erection? And how hard do I want to be?
The number of times that I usually stop to add more lube or to become erect again is about 2-3 time each workout, and is that ok?
One more thing, you told Teej that you do kegels before you jelq. I usually do my kegels after my PE workouts and after I warm down. Which way is better?
Viva51. It is very important, that you jelq with correct erection level, so do what is necessary to keep the right level. If you need 2-3 break for it fine or if you need 10 breaks fine. Watching porn now and then while jelqing is good method to keep you stimulated and it doesn’t matter if you get erect, just let it decrease and then continue. One good measure stick for right level is to get erect and then let it decrease and when you are soft enough to jelq comfortably it is “right” level. It is usually better to jelq a little bit harder penis, but more gently, than opposite.
Doing one kegel before jelqing stroke increases intensity, but that is all it does during jelqing. If you feel, that you need a little bit more intensity, then you can do desired amount of kegels during jelqing, but otherwise it doesn’t matter whether you do them during, or after jelqing. However it is better not to do much kegels before jelqing, so that you are not too tired during jelqing.
Thanks J123! I think you missed the post before last that I posted. It’s post # 159. Read it and let me know you’re advice.
Also what did you mean when you said, “It is usually better to jelq a little bit harder penis, but more gently, than opposite.” Did you mean that it’s better to jelq my penis if it’s harder, but to just jelq it more gently. And if my penis is not that hard to jelq it harder? Wouldn’t I just want to keep my penis a little bit harder since you said it’s better to jelq a harder penis?
And don’t forget to read post # 159.

OK, I’ve been going for two weeks now and I’m at 40 jelqs/session and ready to add in the stretches. Where do you grab the penis for the stretches? Should it be completely flaccid? How hard do you pull? Discomfort? Pain or extreme pain (I hope not)?
Viva51. The suggestion I made is one way to find the upper limit you can handle. It should be safe experiment if you stop at the point where jelqing begins to feel uncomfortable or there is other signs that I mentioned. It is just to find your upper limit, but it assumes, that you are not currently very far from your upper limit or it gives too big number of jelqs to jelq with that moment.
Point is to be very alert while doing the experiment and stop immediately when some negative sign comes not just doing jelqs like machine. It isn’t necessary to do that experiment, it is just one way to examine situation and there is many other ways.
Most simple solution is, that you add for example that 20 jelqs you said and try that for a while and if there is no chance then just add another 20 and try it for a while and so on until you get results. Although just adding jelqs and stretches is not way to heaven, so if it seems, that adding reasonable amounts of jelqs doesn’t help, then the situation needs again deeper examination. Even if the number of jelqs is correct, other things must be too, like enough resting.
It is better to jelq a little bit harder penis (semi-erected), but more gently, than squeezing flaccid penis, because the later doesn’t do much no matter how much you squeeze or maybe it can cause injury, but nothing else. There must be enough blood in your penis, that you can effectively jelq, because jelqing bases to blood movement in your penis and so very temporarily expanding a little bit the part of the penis (blood cells) that you are jelqing.
Teej. Best place to grab your penis is under glans, you will find right grip with little practice. Being completely flaccid is best, but little variation with that is acceptable. When you pull, there shouldn’t be any or only very little discomfort, but preferably not any.
When you begin stretching (first time) you can do at first ridiculously slight pulls just to learn the proper force to use.
