Hey guys,

I have researched other sites and I am somewhat confused-I have been using PJ w/ good warm-up and cool down according to directions-I recently

started taking Pro Solutions supplement and have little or no results.Thunders Place seems to be a good forum-members seem to have good or great results.Can someone help me get a good routine going,I feel like I’m doin something wrong or missing something.

I would suggest starting over with this routine:

Newbie Routine

Even though it’s called “The Newbie Routine,” some vets here still use it and gain from it. Give it a try and let us know how it works out for you.

Also, search for Bib’s LOT thread, understand and find out your LOT, apply the knowledge. It allows you to work smarter, not harder…

Doghouse, I have been mentoring another guy who was using the PJ with little or no success. I suggested that he change his entire routine to a full on manual workout. I suggested for a few months he should put the PJ on a shelf and try a sort of manual shock routine. This seems to be working well for him. No official measurements yet but I am getting reports of positive change. I will ask him to respond to your thread too. Maybe this will help.

I do not know too much about suppliments-sorry

Thanks for the replys- I just got back in town (no internet connection in Hatteras)I plan on starting over w/ a good routine-Have a few ingrown

hairs (now infected) that have slowed me down.
