Hello fellow jelqers. I’m embarking on a new journey, a penis increase journey. I’ve been looking at guides and techniques for the past week and I think that I’m going to give it a shot. My current measurements are 5.3x4.8. What I hope to achieve is 6.5-7.0x5.0. I’m going to start doing the newbie routine that is on this website.

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap

5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)

10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)

5 minutes hot wrap

50 kegels of five second holds each. I plan on doing this for the long haul and since I’m scared of damaging I won’t be squeezing that hard when doing the O jelq. Is. The warm up process crucial to the minimization of damage? If any of you experienced people read this form do you think that this workout will suffice or should I alter it. I will start jelqing next week on Monday and post monthly updates.

Start slow and easy and gradually increase your intensity…….gradually!

I personally like the Linear Routine more, as it starts off a lot easier, and gives you room to slowly increase. In my opinion, 10mins of jelqs is a hell of a lot jelqs to start off with.

Linear Newbie Routine

The warm up is very important, for any type of exercising. Warm down is open to opinion.

Constant heat throughout the Routine.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Starting Stats: BPEL 7.0¨ x MEG 5.3¨ (4th Nov 2015)

Current Stats: BPEL 7.83¨ x MEG 5.6¨ (14th June 2018)

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

It’s good to start slow and gentle, but don’t worry too much about hurting yourself jelqing. If you’re overly gentle, you may not see any benefit.

You should be able to feel that you’re pushing blood down the shaft and into the head. Just make sure you’re putting the pressure on the sides so you don’t pinch the nerve on top, and you should be fine. It can take a while to really get the hang of. After you’ve started to get a handle on the technique, your penis should be visibly engorged after 10 or 15 minutes. (But again, you should be building up to that time.)


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.
