I think you are getting overexcited.

I’m just worried that this *isnt* him being overexcited…

Thanks for all your responses, sorry but no not just excited, but just real hard , really look forward to doing routine every day , would like to start an afternoon session, but yes don’t want to get burned out and to sore !! Appreciate all your advice and I am listening to the experts .
