Hello all PE:s exercisers!

I am a 24 years guy from Sweden and I have practise PE for a month but when I started to read here I realize that I didn’t do it in the right way =( but I have gained 0.6 cm in’s unbelievable =).

This forum has a enormous range of PE exercises and reading! Thank you guys! =)

I purchased Jes-extender for 2.5 weeks ago, do anybody here have any experiense about jes-extender?
My PE program looks like this for the moment:

I am starting my 3 week with jes today. 3hours a day this week out then 4hours next week, after that according to the company who sells jes I’m “free” to use it how much I can.

On the evening I do 5 min warm wrap then 15 min jelg after that 5 min warm wrap again.
I also do some kegels.

When I started I had EL:15.7cm EG:11.8 and now EL:16 EG:12.4

It would be really nice if anyone could help me with some feedback and maybe your own experience about how to combine the yes extender with other exercises to reach the best results.

I have weight trained for several years and have really easy to gain I muscle, my question is if there is any conection between ableness to gain muscle and penis enlargement? The reason why I´m asking is because I have reached very good results in just one month. Or it could might as well be that I have done it allot and strictly, although not all of it the right way.

Hi Hanniball.
I have been using Jes Extender for more than 3 months, and I must caution you to take it slow, although you say you are “free” to use it as much as you want. The point is, that after you have done the first period of 4 weeks, you should just start over again - but this time with a higher traction than what you used in the previous period. This is to getting your penis accustomed to the traction. I hope that you have started out easy and not been using more than 900 grams of traction. Next 4 weeks, then use 1200 grams and 1500 for the following 4 weeks, for as many hours that you are using it now. After those weeks, you can extend the sessions, and use the extender for up to 8 - 12 hours a day - and I recommend to start with 1200 grams for up to 8 hours or more. The use of 1500 grams for that many hours should come along later.
In a video at their website, they tell you another program to follow, as opposed to the program written in the manual that was included with the set. Check out the video for details, the program there is more moderate.
Be careful not to overdo this. It is very easy to get sore, and even get open wounds that MUST heel before you continue , should you be that unfortunate.

Any link between muscular gains and gains in your penis ? Well, I can only use myself as an example, and I have been doing sort of bodybuilding some years ago, and I had slow gains in my muscles due to low amount of those 3 types of testosterone we have in our system. ( This was later on verified by blood tests I had to do because of a health problem.) When starting PE however, I have made fantastic gains in just over 3 months. Going from BPEL 17,5cm to almost 20cm, and 0,5cm girth gain. I didn’t know anything about jelqing, kegels and other things before I visited this fabulous website, and have been doing those exercises also alongside the use of extender. I have been using the extender for an average of 5 hours a day for the first 3 months. After discovering this website, I have swapped out some extender-sessions with manual PE exercises.

I haven’t use it more than 900g pressure. How much had you gained with only the extender? Do you think it’s worth the money?it’s very expensive!

I think I might goon out to hard with my manual PE exersises, it’s not that I had any injury, except some bruise after jelq. But I read a lot how important it is that one take it slow in the beginning.

Just finished today’s PE:
*Warm up 5m
*BTC-stretch 30-45sec *5
*V-stretch 2*3 and every set I do 3 pulls with 6 push down each 5 sec long.
*Warm up 5m
*Wet jerk 15 m
*Warm down

I have a little problem when I’m jerking.My strokes get “notch”.

Good to have you here hanniballs. Knowledge is power and the more reading you can do here, the better you will understand PE, which means better results. I wish you continued good gains.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
