Well first off I haven’t started PEing yet but am looking forward to it. Well my first question is.can someone explain how to do a kegel and how many I should do as a newbie. Second.I am more interested in Girth than I am Length, my current measurements are 6.5 Erect Length and 4.25 Erect Girth which is not very thick if you ask me! Are there any exercises I can do as a newbie that won’t injure me but will help girth. Oh and I am 18 years old.

Kegel - Take a piss, stop the flow. Thats a kegel. You dont need to piss to do one, but it helps to realise what it is.

There are girth exercises, but only when you’ve been PEing for 3+ months, as otherwise you will injure yourself.

I sympathize with your girth issues, we have similar measurements (BPEL 7” EG 4 3/8”). I am also a newbie and just started the “newbie routine” this week. There is some good news, in that according to most of the posts on this forum jelqing by itself can affect girth, albeit probably not as much as more extreme methods like clamping. It’s too soon for me to claim any personal gains, but I certainly feel bigger and fuller after a PE session.

Anyway, take the veteran’s advice and start slow and steady. Take some time to do research on this site and the Internet to see what exercises are available and what you are comfortable doing as well. To be honest, clamping scares the hell out of me right now.

Also, I am just curious, what is your body height and weight. I am a pretty skinny guy (5’ 9” and 135 lbs) and always wondered if my unit was thin because I am. There may be no correlation there at all, but it would certainly motivate me to bulk up more if there was.

I am 5’9 145 lbs.lol I always thought the same thing maybe it’s skinny because I am.but I’m not all skin n bones I have a lot of muscle

^^ we’re almost the same build. I’m 5”9 140lbs though. My erect BPEL is 6 and my erect girth measure to 5.2. Right now im focusing on PE length where as you should focus on PE girth. I’ve read somewhere where if you want to improve your girth measurements, you jelq at a 70-80% erection whereas for length wise you would jelq and a smaller erection size say 50-60%.

No known correlation to the best of my knowledge.

Reverse Kegel- after Kegeling during your piss, push the piss out as hard as you can- that’s your Reverse Kegel. Helps to know both so you don’t have to ask later, you will see Reverse Kegels mentioned again.

I find myself kegeling as I walk down the street sometimes. But I do that to auto-fluff in my Thera-P wrap.

Your unit will look bigger because you are skinny. When you put identical cocks on 2 guys, one who is skinny and one who is muscular, which cock do you think will have more impact? Right the one on the skinny guy.

That may be true, but my concern isn’t with how it looks on the outside.. I just care about how it FEELS on the INSIDE of my chi-ca, why else would I be here right?
Anyway, I am starting a regular workout plan in conjunction with the PE and cutting down on how much I run. So, if by some chance I get monster girth gains in the next few months then it would most likely be attributable to overall weight gain. As nice as that sounds, I doubt that is what will happen. But hey, either way I only stand to gain right?
