new member - Training for 3 months
Hi guys! Glad I found this site and am getting hopeful for success after reading some of the messages. When I started exercising I was 3.75” F and 5.75” E, with a girth of about 4.25”. I am currently 4+” F and 6.25” E, with a girth of 5”. I execise every morning and start with the hot compresses and then presently do 350 “jelqs, more hot compresses and then 20/ 2minute stretches, followed by 6 very slow, hard jelqs. Then finish with more hot compresses. I would appreciate hearing from club members regarding my methods and any suggestions you might have.
I know it will take time for substantial gains and enjoy hearing what you guys have to say about your programs.
