New member says hi
First of all, I’m new to the forums so I thought let’s introduce myself here:D
As being a newbie to PE, I have a few questions which I couldn’t get answered using the Search button.
First of all, I’d like some advice what to do after the (2-3 months) NEW Newbie method by J123.. I was planning to set up some routine without any clamps or anything,
Just the tools already supplied (my hands:) ). It would be really nice if someone could link me some routines.
Furthermore I read somewhere else on the web (can’t recall where) that things like green tea (ginkgo biloba or however you spell it) improve the bloodflow, thus benefiting jelqing.
Now that all sounds nice and helpful, but does anyone know the scientific explanation behind these apparently boosting herbs/minerals? Because it sounds rather dodgy to me..
