Hi Thunders place,

I just started and wanted to post mi routine (Please comment on improvements) and ask a couple of questions I have not come across my lurking time:

Morning Routine:

10 min warm up - I use hot water from the shower but still use a cloth around my penis don’t know if it helps just showers are easier for me to get the hot water.
10 min stretches alternating between v and inverted v stretch.
10 min warm up. Same as above.

Evening Routine:
10 min warm up.
5-10 min stretches all directions.
5min jelq reverse grip concentrating on form and lasting 2-3 seconds. Question: Does my second hand has to have a grip on the base to start the jelq or should I start the second once the first is finish ??
5 warm up.
5 min jelq.
10 min warm up.

I usually wait some time before I do the 50 kegels also I do them when I go to urinate 10 times stopping the flow this can be around 5-8 times a day.

Now my biggest questions are should I be edging after a workout to get more blood flowing/pushing (Without coming) or just stop all masturbation ??

Also what are your opinions on wearing briefs since the are tight and cause shrinking ??

Well that’s all for now my starting measurements are:

NBPEL 13.8cm / 5.43in.
BPEL 16.7cm / 6.57in.
EG 14.5cm / 5.71in.

Before I forget the fat pad as you can see there is more then 1” between NBP and BP is there some length to gain there ?? What should be the average fat pad thinking of getting on a rigorous diet I really want to go all out.

Added some soy lecithin as dietary supplement. Will give it 3 weeks to see how much it increases my loads taking only one 1200mg pill a day.

You should have asked first.

Only sunflower lecithin.

Soy lecithin is full of estrogens. You don’t want that trust me.

Real sure I read in the forum that the amount of estrogen is minimal and has no negative effect on PE growth.

I’ll get off it then don’t want my gains to be affected by something silly as load volume.

Welcome to Thunders.

I recommend you Pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Don’t forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to.

Today I did not do my morning routine decided to do it at noon since I have an errand to run at home and must say it now looks bigger flaccid finally a positive PI.

I have been trying to get a feeling for the work out just finish my second week and decided to increased the jelq time to 10min because I do not feel my dick gets tired or heavy so its hurting my confidence whether I’m doing it properly.

At the end of the work out my dick looks longer the head is big and red almost like a mushroom a little umbrella effect my question is this effect acceptable or is the exercise not sufficient or could be to much because at the end only my hands gets worn out.

Let me know how a effective workout feel to you guys.
