I just started and wanted to post mi routine (Please comment on improvements) and ask a couple of questions I have not come across my lurking time:
Morning Routine:
10 min warm up - I use hot water from the shower but still use a cloth around my penis don’t know if it helps just showers are easier for me to get the hot water.
10 min stretches alternating between v and inverted v stretch.
10 min warm up. Same as above.
Evening Routine:
10 min warm up.
5-10 min stretches all directions.
5min jelq reverse grip concentrating on form and lasting 2-3 seconds. Question: Does my second hand has to have a grip on the base to start the jelq or should I start the second once the first is finish ??
5 warm up.
5 min jelq.
10 min warm up.
I usually wait some time before I do the 50 kegels also I do them when I go to urinate 10 times stopping the flow this can be around 5-8 times a day.
Now my biggest questions are should I be edging after a workout to get more blood flowing/pushing (Without coming) or just stop all masturbation ??
Also what are your opinions on wearing briefs since the are tight and cause shrinking ??
Well that’s all for now my starting measurements are:
NBPEL 13.8cm / 5.43in.
BPEL 16.7cm / 6.57in.
EG 14.5cm / 5.71in.
Before I forget the fat pad as you can see there is more then 1” between NBP and BP is there some length to gain there ?? What should be the average fat pad thinking of getting on a rigorous diet I really want to go all out.
