So I found this website while doing a search and have been lurking / doing some of the newbie routine for about a week now. A year ago I was 5.5” NBPEL (no idea what bone pressed length) I played around with some basic lig stretches off and on. I was 5.9” when I came to the website about a week ago and am now sitting at 6”. I have had about .2” girth gains so far from 4.9” to 5.1”. I have also read a bit on LoT don’t quite understand it but I do have quite a bit of tugback still, so could be a good sign or not. My short term goals are to make it to 6.5” EL and 5.5 girth.. Possibly 7.5 and 6 long term. Besides the newbie routine, what other exercises would you guys suggest as far as the next step.. And how long after newbie routine?

Just stick to the newbie routine for now, for about 1 or 2 months, depending on what you think and how much you think your penis can handle.

If you gain with the newbie routine, I would continue to PE using it even after your first three months. If a tool works well, one usually doesn’t throw it away in exchange for a new tool whose qualities are unknown.

Many guys get disillusioned with the Newbie Routine if they don’t get gains, regardless of the good it does their penis in other departments. So it’s a great sign that you’re achieving gains with it straight off.

If gains dwindle after a few months, then by all means look to something else, but as Lazy Wally says, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. :)

Sounds like a plan. I read up around here that I might not be seeing ‘real’ gains yet but possible erection strength gains. Either way it’s bigger now, and that’s all that matters. Thanks for the greetings.
