So I found this website while doing a search and have been lurking / doing some of the newbie routine for about a week now. A year ago I was 5.5” NBPEL (no idea what bone pressed length) I played around with some basic lig stretches off and on. I was 5.9” when I came to the website about a week ago and am now sitting at 6”. I have had about .2” girth gains so far from 4.9” to 5.1”. I have also read a bit on LoT don’t quite understand it but I do have quite a bit of tugback still, so could be a good sign or not. My short term goals are to make it to 6.5” EL and 5.5 girth.. Possibly 7.5 and 6 long term. Besides the newbie routine, what other exercises would you guys suggest as far as the next step.. And how long after newbie routine?
