I’m new to PE and looking to experiment.

My last encounter with PE was year ago with euro penis extender (noose style) and it suffice to say I wasn’t that pleased ,

After about a period of a month it was too painful for me to wear. Also I have not done any stretches or warm-ups or jelqs , frankly I did not know about any of these and sadly I gave up with no farther attempts.

I’m looking to start anew with their beginner program here of stretch and jelqs with coconut oil and adding 4 hours of extender use with light resistance.

I’ve found a site called auto extender and thought about using their heat pad, and from what I gather their Universal Base Pad they is supposed to help with the pain from the noose.

Does any one here have experience with those products? Also any advise will be appreciated

Also id like to know do apply the heat pad directly on your penis? Can’t it hurt the testicles?

The first time I did PE was only with extender for about a month or two. But now I’m looking to begin with the newbie routine and thought that throwing a bit of extender work with it (about 4 hours). I just wanted to know if anyone knows about the products above because my extender hurts my penis after like 1 hour and makes it very uncomfortable to wear , and I never owned a heat pad and thought maybe that one could be good.

PE is a highly manual process. Start with the newbie routine and get after it. Once you have better knowledge of the type of work needed to be done, add devices to help you with that work. For now… Only hands

I would never put anything with a NOOSE on my penis! I have the Phallosan which is super comfortable after I became conditioned. But even this hurt like hell and gave me marks and spots on the head and a lot of discomfort until I became conditioned to it as well. Start with the manual exercises for 3 to 6 months before you start using gizmos. It really is the best way to go and it must be, because everyone with any experience says the same thing to all the new guys.
