New length routine suggestions

Hey everyone, I’ve been a lurker here for a while. I’ve been doing the newbie routine since the first few days of February, consistently I might add, and I haven’t gained even the smallest amount of length.

I’m posting this to ask for suggestions on what I should move on to. I don’t get a lot of privacy throughout the day, so pumping or hanging wouldn’t be possible as of now. I basically need to know what the experts would suggest I move on to to see if that might actually help me make some gains.

I’m a slight bit overweight, but am very active in exercise and sports, but my NBPEL is 5” and my BPEL is 6” so I definitely have a fat pad!

Anyway, I’m getting pretty frustrated without noticing even the smallest amount of gain, so please give me some good suggestions!

Two months or so is little time to see gains for many PEers. You have to stay on the newbies routine for maybe another 6 weeks at least.

After that, you can try a more advanced routine, focused on length if you like; you’ll get bet answer on this subject applying tips suggested here:

If your looking for length you’d prolly go with hanging. It’s pretty hard on the penis so I wouldn’t recommend it until you’ve broken yourself in a little bit.

Actually since the beginning of feb would be 3 months, not two, but to clarify, I’ve only been staying on a solid routine since then, I started in the first week of january, but didn’t stay consistent with the 2 days on one day rest, so that’s why I said it’s been since the start of feb. So either way you look at it, it’s either been 4 months or 3 months with no gains. I know there are different routines I could search on my own specifically for length, but since I can’t really get into hanging or pumping right now, I wanted an expert’s opinion on which ones have actually worked for them, rather than guessing and trying a bunch of different ones.. It might end up being trial and error anyway to find the right one to at least get even the tiniest gain, but after 4 months and nothing at all, I’d like to have a good idea or feel confident about starting something new that might actually work, rather than me just guessing and randomly trying a length routine.

I am curious if you saw any girth gains? Do you do any significant stretching or use an extender?

I’d say there’s a bit of a girth gain midshaft. Nothing significant yet, it just seems a bit thicker, but I haven’t bothered to measure the girth since I haven’t seen any length gain at all.

Have you been upping the amount of your routine? If you’re looking for length I would definitely suggest adding a good deal more time to your stretching, and the same goes for jelqing. You also said that you have been doing the newbie routine for three months, so maybe you want to start incorporating some advanced stretching techniques into your regimen.


If you get invited to your first orgy, don't just show up nude. That's a common mistake. You have to let nudity "happen."

I think it is about time to start upping the intensity. You may consider adding fulcrums and eliminate (dare I say) the rest days. Another option is to add another session during the day. Personally, I would start by adding fulcrums and eliminating the rest day. If you haven’t seen any gains in a month then add another daily session. Just slowly add more intensity to your routine until you start to see gains.


Then (4.5 nbpel x 4.75 mseg)

Now (5.625 nbpel, x 5.25 mseg)

Yes, eliminating rest days could help. However I would first try a 5/2 days on/off schedule and see how your react to that.

Hey it’s been a long time since I’ve posted. I haven’t come up with a routine I particularly would call something I’m happy with or am going to stick to and I haven’t measured in a long while, so I don’t know if I’ve even the slightest gain.

However, what I’m posting about here today is a few concerns I have.

I was going to post it in the members area, but apparently I still only have newbie privileges . How many posts do I need before I’m able to post elsewhere?

The concerns I have are not directly related to PE.

Anyway, I’ve always had a smaller glans than shaft, which I’ve never been too happy with. I see some posts on this board saying that some people have gained size of the glans and I’d really like to do that so that my penis has a straighter look to it. However, when I started PEing I noticed that sometimes the glans when erect will fill up with blood and almost match the girth of my shaft. It’s tough for this to happen though, it sometimes happens when my girlfriend is giving me oral, but even when masturbating or even PEing most of the time. It’s hard to get the glans to fill with blood and get bigger. It usually stays smaller than the shaft and doesn’t fill very much.

Are there things I can do, supplements that could increase blood flow to the glans, whatever really so that my glans will fill up more often or all the time and maybe even see a permanent increase in size?

Also, it’s always been very numb. Not completely, and around the ridge of the head I have a lot of sensitivity, but the tip of the glans, and the top and sides especially, it’s not very sensitive. Sometimes when it fills up and enlarges it has more sensitivity, but is there anyway to restore sensitivity to the glans as well? I know it probably has something to do with the nerve endings and I remember it being sensitive when I was in my teens, only it was usually a bad sensation from rubbing while playing sports. So that could’ve damaged the nerve endings or made it numb I guess.
Is there anything I can do to restore sensitivity!?
