Hi I am new to PE. I have no experience with the process except for using a hair band as a cock ring lol. If anyone could help me and advise on what steps I should take I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Welcome Kronik9. Well I see the guys have already pointed you to the right areas, so I will only say this. The Newbie routine is usually for a minimum 3 month period. But I will recommend that you do it for as long as you see gains. I only do manuals and have gained very well in my journey. Just remember to set your goals and work toward them. For example if you want to gain length, then don’t try jelqing at over 70%. If you want extra girth, then first make it through you three months of conditioning. Girth exercises are very intense and if your dick isn’t conditioned properly, you will sustain an injury.

My advice would be to ALWAYS start light if in doubt, never overdo any exercise. PE injuries (or worse EQ and the feeling that you injured yourself) can take you down mentally and physically.

No pain. No blood. Watch your EQ to make sure it doesn’t take a drastic change.

Just give your body enough time to adapt and you will be fine. As an example, it took me 5 months to gain 0.4” length and 0.1-0.25” girth, with relatively light exercises (all manual).
