Hi guys. I’m new to both this forum and PE itself.

I’m going to finally try and fix my problems. For years all I’ve read are that no PE exercises work. I got a pump but became very doubtful about it and gave up. I’m not ashamed to admit I am small and thin and need it to change.

I hope the information and more importantly, the success stories will be of help.

Man, PE does work all you need to do is stick to it. Go look at the “Progress Reports and Pictures” there are 100’s of pictures .

So start out with the basic newbie routine.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Just wanted to say I’ve only been doing PE for a few months, and I have already seen some progress.
The best thing is: now that I know I can change my penis, it is no longer something that upsets me as much. My confidence has increased, and I’m no longer ashamed of my penis as it is something I can improve.

You’re in the right place. Most people gain if they do a sensible routine and stick with it. Read up and then begin. Take it slowly and let the proven methods work.

Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine.

Following the Newbie Routine is great advice! Also, make a friend here that has experience and use them as an accountability partner. Read the Forum Threads and you will be encouraged.


If you think you can or think you cant; either way, you are right.

Start with the linear routine. Stick with it until you stop seeing progress. Continue with the newbie routine. Finish it. After that create your own routine. Consistency, consistency. Never give up. Give it a full year to see improvement.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
