New here

Hey I’m new here, don’t know if this is where to post this but just wanted to say and ask a couple things.

My measurements:
Nbpfl: 4.8in
EG: about 4.6 inches.
NBPEL: about 7 inches (could be a little under/over)

I can’t seem to keep an erection long enough for me to get the correct girth, but it’s around there. Now, I’m 21, I’ve been with a good amount of girls, and never had any complaints about my size. However, I’m just realizing now that my girth is smaller then I would like it to be. My main goal right now is to do the PE and just see what happens, but it would be nice to see some nice gains and wouldn’t mind adding 2” and getting up to 6” girth. I still think it’s a little weird sometimes that I’m doing excercises and talking on a board about making my penis bigger. Don’t know how you all feel about that, maybe your the same way. Today is only my 3rd day of the excercises, of the newbie routine, 2 on 1 off, so 4 days I guess in total. I’m taking tribulus, horny goat weed, zinc, and argenine. I have been taking it before I started PE for other reasons, not sure how much they actually help with the PE. I never knew so many people were into this. Well see how it goes. I get some more accurate measures up later.

I know alot of you don’t see girth gains before length. I would really like my girth to get bigger. Would it be possible with just jelquing to get it up to say around 5.5”? I know there is clamping, which I’m not going to do.yet, because I read it sort of halts length gains.

Being 21, does that make any difference to adding size? Easier, more diffucult, any difference at all?

I did the LOT theory, I seem to be at 12 oclock, bad or good? If the theory actually works.

I am going to order the PSP pills. I know alot of guys will say don’t bother, but I know some who swear by them (with excercises). Any luck with you guys on these boards?

I know this is a question asked probably a ton by all the new guys, but for a little support, if I followed this strictly for a year, advanced the excercises when the time came and so on.what is ballpark for me to expect?

Let me know, maybe someone should start a gym for this kind of thing.have all the equipment and everything.hangers and devices. I’m just kidding around, but ya never know.

Welcome to Thunders.

Have you got a BPEL measurement? As you’ll need one to track gains ;)

Jelqing does both length and girth, although gaining nearly an inch from just jelqing may prove hard (see what I did there? (: )

Being 21, or 51, makes no difference to potential gains.

The LOT theory is just that, a theory, pay little if any attention to it until well into your PE career. Several people don’t believe the theory, and several others have found it not to be true.

Do not order pills. They do not work AT ALL. Pill companies have been SUED because of their claims, please don’t waste your money. Some people may swear by them when used with exercises, but make no mistake, the exercises are creating the gains, while all the pills are doing is emptying your wallet.

Everyone is different, so i wouldn’t like to put a measurement on potential gains inside 12 months.

Good luck.

I once read an article about bodybuilding and various supplements (Gaino-SuperDuper, MegaMaxiMuscle and whatnot). The author - in a bodybuilding mag - noted that while they might not harm, they had nothing to do with any actual gains. The reasons he gave was that A) a balanced/adapted diet was all you needed B) your gains while using supplements came from the feeling of “I’ve spent all this frickin money, now I have to make sure and train properly so that I get all I can from the supplement.”

In other words, it is because you are paying attention to the training (because you don’t want to waste your money) that you are getting results. The pills in themselves have no part in this, except as a mental prop.

Taped onto the dashboard of a car at a junkyard, I once found the following: "Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement." The car was crashed.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains

That does make alot sense. Being a bodybuilder (not proffesional), I know all about supplements, however alot of supplements do work. So it goes both ways. I do hear you though. So these PSP pills will do absolutely nothing? And you stand 110% behind that? Have you taken them? Just curious.

Slack, thanks for the reply by the way and the advice, same question about the pills to you too. And, I will get my BP measurements up as soon as I can.

I stand behind my claim that penis enlargment pills are a scam, yes. The burden of proof (double-blind, placebo tests) is on the manufacturers.

You started out around my size when I started. With the supplements that you are now taking you shouldn’t even worry about buying those faux claims made by them. Practically everyone is tied into Lativo in some way on that message board and trys to get you into the psp pool so don’t be naive. Their pills are a waste of money; exercise and use supps. if you need to, they don’t give you any support on the exercises (you have to buy a membership to the site, but the forum’s free), and their extender is overpriced malarkey (plus it’s a noose). I stand 110% on not buying them or their claims. If you have to use supps go to a GNC or similar health store.

Thanks I appreciatte the comments.I guess Ill have to think about more, if not at all. Any other comments beside the pills from my original post from anyone?

Long Grass, just took a look at your progess. Did you start out with the newbie routine? That seems like a good amount of gains for 3-4months.

Around February I started doing mild PE. I’m just talking about the manual stretching/jelqs/kegels. Not a lot though as I was never set on a routine. Haha, come to think of it I’m always changing my routine by adding this or subtracting that, but I made a nice 1day/1off routine I like the best so far and will stick with that and see for this next month. During February through April I browsed the site (mostly the m-n site, but here later on) and did exercises here and there. So infrequent I didn’t notice any gains from it. I’m not saying they don’t work because they do, but I didn’t do them enough.

When I got here, which was about 2 months before I measured I lurked a bit as a guest gathering info up and exercising. By around May when I first got serious I got my extender/clamps/jelq device. I did these all during May since I have been doing things in light moderation since February. It wasn’t until later that I did a combo of clamping/pumping/jelqing which is on the new routine I am testing out and I like it a lot, but don’t even try it if you haven’t done a few months of PE. I mean you can and you might be fine, but just as a safety precaution it’s not advised… If you have the money and/or time browse extenders, but you should start with just manual things for at least a little while. It’s a lot safer.

Hope that helps.

Long grass, thanks for the info.it did help. Keep up the good work by the way.

Anyway, anyone else have any input to my original post? Let me know.
