Hey guys, I have been browsing these forums for a while now (not registered), and have learned a lot of really interesting stuff. During this time i have tried to formulate a good routine where i can gain in all areas. I am currently 5.45EL and 4.4EG. I am not displeased with myself however, i was born with what i was born with and thats that. I am simply looking to add size for cosmetics and to increase my power in the bed. I have actually read a lot of inspirational threads on here. One side note, i do bodybuild and am hoping that it have some beneficial effects on my PEing. I am currently 18yo. Anyhow, the routine i was planning on doing is as followed:

Warm-up - rice sock 5 min
7 minutes manual stretching, all directions
10-15 minutes of wet jelqs
Warm-up rice sock or shower

Now, i was thinking of doing ADS or the velcro wristband thing. Would anyone recommend doing this in addition to my current routine? And, would anyone recommed that i make and additions/modifications to my routine. Any small pointers would usefull.


PS. Is it too soon to hang?

The routine doesn’t sound bad, at least until you get some conditioning under your belt. How many days/week are you doing this? I would definately add an ADS of whatever type appeals to you. I wear golf weights nearly every hour that I’m awake. (Check out for another option.) You need to keep that thing stretched out so that the microtears heal in a lengthened state. Consider hangin in a month or two. Whatever you do, listen to your body & don’t be afraid to take an extra day off if junior starts complaining. :)

Are those measurements bone pressed? Make sure you get a good set of bone pressed measurements as soon as possible. I wish I’d taken “before” photos, too.

One last thing: I like your attitude about accepting yourself. Very healthy.

I was planning on doing 5 on 2 off. Is this too much. On my experience with bodybuilding, this could be overtraining if you had really high intensity and volume workouts. Does the same hold true for PE?

5 on/2 off is a common schedule for PE, too. Some think that you need 2 days off in a row for good healing. I don’t have an opinion on that. I’m trying to do 3 on/1 off/2 on/1 off so that I can have the same days off each week, but I’ll admit that I usually end up taking an extra day off each week for various reasons. Modern Life is just too busy.
