I’ve been PEing since the 12th of january. I started out for the first week with the standard newbie routine but I have since changed it up a bit

I have been doing one PE session a day (4 days on 1 day off)

I start out with either a hot wrap or a hot shower and then perform 200 to 300 wet jelqs-each stroke lasting about 2 seconds, I switch off every 1 hundred jelqs between over hand and underhanded jelqs. I think I am noticing some gains but I’m not sure yet. I have definitely noticed an improvement in the appearance of my unit when it’s flaccid. But since I changed the routine it seems a bit smaller and I have been feeling a bit sore. Am I doing to much?

Any help is much appreciated, I am trying to focus on gain girth for now so I am looking for a routine that will be more directed towards girth gains.

Yes you are overdoing it.

Two second jelqs are too quick you need to take a longer stroke.

Why not do the Newbie Routine. It is a well tried method and as such members can evaluate what you are doing more easily, when you ask questions.

If you feel sore, you may be overdoing it. Petitfaun’s advice about the duration of jelqs is good too.

It does sound a bit like your over doing it.
Why not change it to 2 days on 1 day off?

Gives your willy a chance to heal and get a break from the stress instead of over training.

That’s a good technique you have there switching from underhand to overhand.
I use to do it but it was just too much for my unit to handle.

How about split it into two PE sessions?
150 jelqs when you get up and 150 jelqs when you go to bed?

You may be doing too much too soon. If you are sore, I would back off a little. How is your EQ? Poor EQ is another indicator of over doing your PE routine.

I have been doing PE for only a couple of months. I do not do as much as you yet.

I am doing a newbie routine minus 5 days on and 2 days of rest per week.

Training days.
5-10 minute warm up using a hot pad,
9 x 30 second stretches in different directions,
6 x 20 second cranks in different directions,
50 x 4 second wet jelqs in hot shower and clean up.

During the day
Kegels - 50 x 1-2 second, 5 x 10 seconds, 1 x 60 seconds

I use a TLC tugger for Foreskin Restoration during the day and at night. About 10-16 hours per day, five/seven days per week.

In the 70s “EQ” referred to an equalizer for an audio system.
