New Here, this is my routine, what do you think
I’ve been PEing since the 12th of january. I started out for the first week with the standard newbie routine but I have since changed it up a bit
I have been doing one PE session a day (4 days on 1 day off)
I start out with either a hot wrap or a hot shower and then perform 200 to 300 wet jelqs-each stroke lasting about 2 seconds, I switch off every 1 hundred jelqs between over hand and underhanded jelqs. I think I am noticing some gains but I’m not sure yet. I have definitely noticed an improvement in the appearance of my unit when it’s flaccid. But since I changed the routine it seems a bit smaller and I have been feeling a bit sore. Am I doing to much?
Any help is much appreciated, I am trying to focus on gain girth for now so I am looking for a routine that will be more directed towards girth gains.
